All you need to do .. is just ASSUME.. that in some past life, you yourself made a deal, a vow, a bargain, with some negative entity, and that agreement has now come back into your life to haunt you.

Don't be ashamed of this. We have all done it before. Fortunatly you are on earth, where the opportunity to return to divnity exists (it does not in the lower astral.)

the lower astral is dominated by entities (satanic, luciferic, etc) who have had the opportunity to choose God, and rejected it. They are therefore jealous of divinity and hate it, as well as all those who would seek it.

They are not to be feared, but avoided. Therefore, it is in your best interests to pray, pray like you have never prayed before. Say to that which you believe is divine, that at the time you made that agreement, you did not know what you were doing, and realize now that it was a very very bad choice, and that you wish to return to that which is divine - re-affirm your commitment to divinity, love and compassion.

If you want, I can pray for you too. But you yourself need to make the initiative. Don't participate in exorcisms. Don't play with quigi boards, and do not listen to heavy metal rock music or play negative video games - they are channels of the lower astral (entrainment through a carrier wave in the music which entrains the consciousness).

Why not exorcisms? Most exorcists commit suicide. You have to know the degree of evil that you can handle before it gets you. The best advice is to pray, pray, pray - and avoid that which is negative and evil.

The principles of that which is needed have been laid out by the great ones, the avatars, Christ, Buddha, Krishna. Lay the debating aside. All spiritual truth is the same. It simply says avoid that which is negative, and choose that which is positive.

Love, tolerance, understanding, grattitude, thankfulness, acceptance, humility, nonmaterialims, nonjudgementalism - forgiveness especially - that is all that is required.

Hey my friend. I have had such negative encounters that you speak of.
The 'greys', if you want to call them that. Not just that though. All kinds of negative encounters.

Why does this happen? Naiveity. I was naive and I ventured where one ought never to go.

They seem to stem from an entirely different dimension. My experience of the astral is that it overlaps the physical, so that if you are being possessed by a negative energy, you will literally percieve hell on earth (my experience), whereas, if you are entraining yourself to the heavenly beings, you will literally experience heaven on earth.

When encountering a situation in which you are being psychicly attacked by ANY form of negative energy - all you need to do is pray. Pray like you have never prayed before, to whatever you believe is divine, and re-affirm your commitment to life, to divinity, and to love.

Pray for protection. Think of somebody you love. This will attune your consciousness, your energy, to the higher levels, and your higher chakras will open up, which will let the healing energy flow fourth.

The healing energy protects you for one thing, and also, if pursued, will in time, heal the negativity that lies within you, so that you yourself can disolve evil whenever you encounter it, by percieving the innocence, ignorance, and love that lies hidden beneath it...

p.s. i do not believe greys are physical entities. i believe they inhabit another dimension, and through psychic encounters, try to enter into our minds. my opinion - i could be wrong.

I have been attacked in the astral - however, it was a psychic attack. It seems to be drawn to you almost as though by request, as though somewhere deep in your soul, it was predetermined, meant to happen.

As you reach a certain state of awareness (which allows you to percieve the astral realms without being out of body - you see it as overlapping the physical through the third eye) you see that which is heavenly and that which is not. That which is aligned with life and that which is not.

My experience with the demonic was literally that. It was described in Dante's Inferno. I also experienced the Fall of Adam and Eve, and then the Awful Presence of a Universal, Nameless dread.

Trust me, it is best not to even dabble in such things. Keep to the straight and narrow. God bless.
