WoW man i think your very close to AP. I myself am actually in a very familiar situation as you, i am 14 years old and also try AP only at nigh because i either don't have time in the day or someone keeps on interfering me. But you are way closer than me, i have never heard from any of my guides, nor any other sounds, just the ones from reality. I know i am no help, but i wish you luck in your AP .

And last night, I tried again. This time I heard banging on the wall, footsteps, incoherent whispering, and the like. I felt like part of me was floating out, but was stuck. I saw through my closed eyes again though. It was pretty amazing.

I've been meditating in class too. "AMANDA OMG YOU'RE STILL AS A STATUE!" Lol.
Didn't get to see through my eyes, but I felt a cold breeze and heard whispers and a high pitched sound. I guess it has to be dark to see?

Last night, I was laying in bed. Suddenly I started hearing a light buzzing, and I started hearing whispering. Here's how it went, the voice first, then me:

"Hey."
"What?"
"Can you hear me?"
"Yes, Joseph...?"
"It's me. Do you hear me alright?"
"I can hear you..."
"Okay. We're gonna try this."
"What?"
"Can you hear me?"
"A little..."
"How about now?"
"Better."
"Okay, relax. Roll onto your back and get comfortable. Close your eyes."

Within a few minutes, my body relaxed completely. I felt absolutely safe, and I imagined myself coming out of my body. I felt the vibrations, heard the buzzing, felt like I was being spun around, my heart chakra was racing and I was short of breath, although when it all slowed down to a buzzing, I felt I could breathe easier... In my mind, I asked my Guide to help me out. I heard him whisper, "I'm trying, but it has to be mostly your effort, sweetie."
So, I kept trying. As I kept trying, my eyes slowly opened. I did a reality check. No work. So I closed my eyes and tried again. This time, I started seeing with my eyes closed. My room was extremely dark, darker than it was before. I started seeing forms in front of me, not very clear. I asked Joseph, in my mind, to sit on the bed and look at me. I felt a slight shift on the bed, and on my legs. I saw a figure of a man in front of me, but not for long as darkness drifted in again, then back to me being able to see. Then I could begin to see a woman in the back, behind Joseph. I decided this was my guide Nora. Finally, I suppose I got too excited and opened my eyes.

Immediately, I sat up. "That was awesome!" I could sense my guides laughing a little bit, and feel they were happy for me and proud of me. Joseph said we should try again tonight, since he said it's a big step.

Was it my astral eyes opening? Everything was blurry and dark but I saw my room and guides nonetheless!

I believe a soul is you. Simply you--your consciousness, your mind, your energy, and your proof of existence. That is what a soul is. It is you and it is unique in every way possible. To say you have no soul is to say you are non-existent.

To say you have no feelings merely points out that you have a psychological disorder or something up there. But everyone has a soul. As for the grays and such, it's most likely an artificial soul, programmed for certain things. But a soul is a soul, no matter what it is programmed to do or if it has free will. That's my belief.

Ooh, alright. I knew I was close. I've been trying all week (except last night, I was out like a light), and not even getting out of my body, but just really, really close. I keep trying though. I've seen persistence gets you anywhere. Well, this morning I think I woke up... or had a false awakening... I think I checked my phone if I got text messages... I woke up for real, checked, and I had two as I had checked in the false awakening... Hehe... But anyway, thanks for the support guys.

I'm just trying and trying, I know I'll get there!

Hey! I've been trying to Astral Project for the past month or two (not EVERY DAY, mind you, but usually three days out of the week). Most of the times I've been trying, I've ended up falling asleep. Mainly because I try at Night. I try at Night, yea, big mistake, but that's only because that's the only extended quiet time I have. I'm fifteen and have a dad and stepmom always wanting to BUG me, so that's the only time I have. Back on topic...

I've been trying and trying. The first time I tried it was last month, I forget which date... I think it was during Thanksgiving Break... I was lying there... then I started getting this... weird feeling like energy pulsing through me, a bit of vibration, and it felt like I was spinning out of control but I wasn't moving. I didn't hear anything like a BUZZING or WHOOSHING, but I started hearing like... I think my heart/chakra beating calmly in my head and racing in my chest. I tried to "roll out" of my body several times to no avail. I could even FEEL I was close to exiting, until my dad opened my door and was like "WHY DO YOU HAVE YOUR DOOR CLOSED!?" ...I've been wanting to Astral Project for the longest time, so after he woke me up and gave me a shock, I was absolutely devastated. I'm STILL angry at him for that, which is why I no longer try APing during the day.

Three days ago, I was dreaming... I forget the majority of the dream, but it became lucid. That's when I started remembering it. I was in my World Geography class, watching a powerpoint. I closed my eyes and I could still see the classroom... Something clicked in my mind and I started lifting myself out of my body. I launched myself through the ceiling and started flying into the sky... But for some reason the sky was very dark, gray, and hazy. But either way, I felt light and amazing. Like... I've never remembered the feeling of flying in a dream, but this was just amazing. I know I didn't Astral Project in reality, but it was amazing. Remembering my guide, Joseph, I called out for him. I got no response, so I called him again. At this point, I was losing lucidity (but didn't noticed), and kept flying up. Then I felt--I didn't hear it, but it felt like I KNEW someone said "Okay, wake up."... I woke up.

The next night, I had another lucid dream, but this time I didn't try anything special. It wound up becoming semi-lucid and just plain random again till I woke up.

Yesterday, I was meditating in the morning, trying to balance my chakras (something I never do, mind you. I've only just begun doing all of this-- Anything to help get my astral self out of my physical shell). That night, at my aunt's house, I was plopped on the couch watching my cousins play TMNT on the PS3. All of a sudden, I felt some vibrations come over me in the form of energy waves(?), and once more I felt like I was spinning, until I dropped my arm. I relaxed again and felt more waves. Later, when I went to bed, I decided, "I'm gonna try... maybe I have a better chance tonight..." It took me a while to clear my mind completely, as it kept wandering, but my body was paralyzed and numb. Whenever I cleared my mind and focused, I saw a deeper shade of black, or just spots of deeper black among the screen behind my closed eyes. I've noticed I can bring upon the vibrations at will, but something in my chest tenses and I get a shortness of breath, and sometimes I feel like my body jolts, sometimes my arm moves or my fingers or toes... I felt like I was spinning on occasion... my heart/chakra was racing... and at one point, beyond the ear hiss, I heard a little buzzing or whistle... but it didn't last that long. And at times, I felt like I was ready to exit, but my physical body moved. I had then tried to use the ROPE technique, but it didn't work. Nor did the falling. I didn't use the rolling last night, but something tells me it might help me since last time I tried it, it almost worked.

For the past month, I've also been asking my guide for help out of my body, but I've sensed no help except hearing the thought "relax, don't focus on me..." and such. I've even announced aloud and in my thoughts, for a being of a high(er) vibration to aid me. But nothing. I don't know, then... but...

Does anyone have any ideas to help me?
