Does anyone know where they are hosted now?  I know their was a copyright issue so Robert couldn't host them directly on this site so "vesselinpeev" hosted them independantly for everyone to enjoy.

How ever they seem to have dissapeared.  Anyone know where they are now?

Firstly hello everyone, I've only just registered a sec ago.  What a pain in the backside that was, you should make the "register" link abit more prevalent because I couldn't find the thing, i had to guess the /register.asp lol.

Anyway, I've been trying to Astral Project for around 6 months now, I've read through Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics many many times.  I go through the usual routine, relaxing as much as possible and then make myself believe I'm falling (in a lift or elevator, whatever u wanna call it) to enter trance.

I then either try the rope trick witch doesn't work to good for me, or make myself believe I'm situated elsewhere within my room.  The latter causes a rush of energetic sensations abit like when your hair stands up on end and you get that tingle.

I'm wondering wether that's the vibrations?  I get that sensation in around 2-3 spurts then it goes and nothing!  I just roll over and go to sleep dissapointed with myself.

Feedback would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks for reading. []

That verifies my conclusion on the subconcious mind playing out scenes on the concious mind and only being able to be observant of these in a particularly relaxed state.  You know what an Xbox logo looks like so your concious & subconcious reacted in some sort of way.  Proving it was Non-Astral.

I cannot be certain though as you never provided the situation in which you experienced this phenomena as me and JAW have previously.  Good post though!, can you give anymore information regarding your state of relaxation and situation?

Well last night I laid on my back whilst trying to sleep and sure enough the hypnogogic came yet again.  This time though I went into a light to medium trance on purpose whilst the hypnogogic imagery was playing and I heard two nosies like voices but they were very quiet indeed, I couldn't quite make out what it was, I only heard it once and it sounded like it came from the left of me.

Anyway what I generally see are people, in everyday situations like sitting, walking, talking to other people.  These are very brief images though and they are moving images not still like photographs.

I'm convined it's the dream mind, or your subconcious playing images onto your concious mind.  Which you don't usually notice whilst not in this relaxed state.  Who knows?

Wow, I have exactly the same experience when I lay on my back and relax sort of trying to sleep.  I can usually never get to sleep on my back, it has to be my front.

If I lay on my back though and try to sleep, around 5 minutes later I get the hypnogogic images.  They are like brief flashes of dream imagery.  It feels as if I fall asleep for literally 30 seconds and then wake up.  The images dissapear then.  Then when I close my eyes again and act like im trying to sleep it happens again, over and over.  I have tried to control these images to be whatever I choose with various results.  Mostly visions come of the same type I imagine but not exactly what I wanted.  

Very peculiar thing indeed and I have no idea what it is or why it occurs.  I never get any projection related symptoms (eg, vibrations, floatiness) with it though.

I wonder if anybody else has experienced this.

On the subject of register I had a weird dream the other night.  I dreamt of a site called http://sc.astalavista.box.sk

I dreamt you could type any programs name in and the key/file for it would pop up.

Dreams huh, weird stuff.

I just realised the "Register" button is prevalent, but I had java disabled in my browser, I hate IE.
