Wind Control: visualise millions of strings attaching 2 the winds in all 4 directions.have a very tight grip on them. now slowly move ur hands up 2 raise winds down 2 lower them straight 2 stop them and you move ur hand the way u want it 2 go.

i have sumthin that might help. in hydro u need 2 cultivate water energy here is 1 way how.

Water energy cultivation: ok visualize u standin on a rock surrounded by water falls. the place u ar in is beautiful. imagine energy droplets cummin frum the water and enterin ur dan tien. this tech will help u be more in tune with water. it is good for hydro and cryo.

wassup. i practice cryo and aero and figured i culd help ya. here is a beginners tech.

Cryo Ball: First get in a ki ball stance (hands at sides cupped or at front.) then make a ki ball. imagine a liquid in it like water.then imagine a gust of freezing cold wind swirling all around u and into the ball. have the water freeze. keep practicing this and eventually your hands will feel cold.[]
