Welcome to Astral Chat! / ESP
April 10, 2016, 14:24:33
So lately i've been doing experiments with ESP in guessing words and numbers people are thinking. I've had some great results with a method i'm using- I'm looking for someone to practice my ESP with. I'll share the method I use which I've never heard of anyone use before.

Astralization, you are already "Spirit". You don't have to get more spiritual. You just need to learn how to understand what being a "Spirit" entails. Astral projection will help you greatly with that. You don't need a "Spiritual Friend". You need to find this out for yourself. When you do, you will find that like minded individuals are attracted to you as it is.

Read, watch, listen and learn. That's all you need to do. Just be aware of everything around you.

I'm sure that's not the answer you want to hear, but it's the truth!

Just curious though, did you even watch the video link you were given here? Who knows, that may have been one of those "Spiritual friends" you are seeking. If you do watch it though, try to get the "gist" of what he is saying. Don't take everything there as "rule". I watched the video and according to what I experience (and it's only my opinion), I think the creator of the video it is off on a couple of different things. But everyone's perception can differ. So, it must be the way he is seeing things.

Examples of this: He mentions a "silver cord". I have experienced being "pulled/yanked" back into my body. But I have never seen any kind of cord attached to me. He also sees what he calls 3rd eye perfection/perception as being something different than Astral Travel. His 3rd eye perception/perfection is indeed Astral Projection. He just isn't aware of it.

It sounds to me like he is "parroting" many things that have been passed on through the ages. He doesn't seem to share any of his own experiences in the video at all. There are some good points to be found in though. So it is helpful. Like anything else you read or watch, believe half of what you hear/read, but everything you yourself see.

Hey Lumaza thanks! I am going to watch the video, I watched part of it and it was helpful- but yes I agree experience is the most important thing to keep when recieving information

What makes you think my answer isn't serious? Don't blind yourself to "unorthodox" solutions.

Because your response was vague

If anyone is serious in developing spiritually with me, then just PM me (:

I don't need a video. I need someone to train with.

Hey, I am looking for someone to develop and grow spiritually with. I guess like a spiritual growth companion. I am back on the spiritual path and i'm more serious about progressing spiritually. I am going to be working towards dreams, particularity having more control in dreams and experimenting with shared dreams. I am also trying to contact my "Higher Self" and have a goal of achieving telekinesis. I started on this path since I was 15 and up until 20 I fell off the path somewhat- not entirely as I meditated occasionally but I dozed off, I am 22 now and I am returning to my path. I just need a friend who's spiritual because that will help motivate me.

I looked around me today, and I saw reality is just a dream- all of this is just an illusion. I'm happy I'm back on my path.

Doesn't really surprise me much.
Until society gets their hands on our children... our kids are really gifted metaphysically.

However, at 11... that "societal conditioning" should have already been firmly in place.
You should provide her with some literature... let her read up on this stuff at her own pace and just be 100% sure to mention that if she has any questions that she comes to you and only you.  :)

~Ryan

That's true, I'm 16 and I've slowly been taken away of my metaphysical abilities. Had I found out about this when I was really young it would of never happened. Now I have to rebuild this giant "card tower" that society has blew away from me. It's fragile.

Thanks for the article, I'm still reading it and it is helping me a lot. Cheers!

Annika, your ability to see another realm when you close your eyes is incredible, only I wish I could do that or at least Astral Project. I feel like I need some guidance, I try to look for my higher self but I can never seem to reach him. If anyone is willing to help me develop my abilities, then please contact me.

Hi, I'm writing his from my iPod so it will be a little short - I think. Anyways I have a question, does anyone know how I can learn to relax? I'm always so tense and nervous and can't seem to relax myself. Does anyone have Any suggestions such as books I can read or something along those lines? I heard that meditation helps but I don't know where to start when it comes to meditation. I want to train my mind to become relaxed at all time. I heard that subliminal messages that pop up every couple of seconds helps. If anyone can help me relax, it would be greatly appreciated because relaxation is a crucial key for not only astral projection but also other spiritual expierences, thanks.

Hello everyone, I have a short question. After you die, do you reincarnate into a different life or do you go beyond the physical plane. I have heard that some people say you must become enlightened and detached from all attachments in this physical plane to go beyond when you die. Is this true, there is a lot of confusion and I don't know what to think. What are your inputs on this?

Hi Xanth, thanks for your reponse.  It's great to hear that you're able to be lucid in dreams and change them.  I've tried some techniques for lucid dreaming (such as asking myself throughout the day whether I'm in a dream, and then having this automatically occur while I'm asleep) and I've had some success, however I find I lose lucidity very quickly.  I'll definitely keep working on it, and it's very encouraging to know that it's possible to avoid nightmares entirely.

I recommend that you keep a dream journal and record your dreams as it helps you see frequent patterns that occur in your dreams so then next time it happens, you can hopefully become lucid. It's helpful if you occasionally check yourself during the day to see if your dreaming as eventually it will be a subconscious command and hopefully you will be able to notice something odd in a dream and question it, and once you question it you will realize that there is something weird going on in the dream and then it's when you believe your dreaming that you've become lucid. Keep trying! I'm still working on having an OBE.

Everyone's talking about the phasing technique, I have to try that because it seems like it has worked for most people.

Dear astralization,

doesn't meditation give you just that?

It is my experience that when done properly, even a 5 minute meditation would cure me from all mental attachments and emotions of the past 3 days.

peace

Meditation does do that, but like you mentioned it lasts very shortly. But then again, it's just a matter of getting your subliminal mind to get used to what your doing. I haven't meditated for a while because I don't have time but I am going to start again. I might start a "Uberman" sleep cycle so I can have more time to meditate. But yes, meditation does help just clear, renew and replenish your mind from all the junk that's been put in it and it is just a matter of consistency. I feel like I need something to guide me and am working on trying to open up to any guide that is available.

Sometimes I wish I could just start all over and clear my mind from all the junk that's been put in it. If everyone mastered disassociate the world would be a lot less violent as they are not attached to their emotions and are living in the present, in the "Now" and nothing in the past can affect them. People who have reached this stage will not fight for something they believe in, but will fight for something instinctual such as life or death survival. But we are far from reaching that state, I heard that only 0.1% of the world or something like that was highly evolved spiritually. I guess that 0.1% can be us, we are on the way to becoming the future.

You should read "Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind"

Good idea, I will take a look at it, I think that everyone has the ability to reach a "No-Mind" state at will.

Doing group work per month for the healing of the earth is a great idea. But, I sincerely feel we must begin with ourselves. First, we must heal ourselves... only then will we be able to heal others.

I agree, because we are part of the ocean and we need to make sure that we are healed.

Wow! Thank you for sharing this incredible experience, it makes me realize that pets are really something bigger on the other planes but are limited in the physical. Very powerful!

Some people who meditate have something called "no-mind" where they are truley thoughtless, like literally no thoughts and they can enter that state anytime they wish.
Meditation takes years to practice, but I've heard an experience of this guy on this one blog who was a drug addict, had a lot of voices in his head, very out of order and suddenly one day it all stopped, he said that he wasn't a spiritual guy at all and never does meditation or anything and one day everything changed out of no where. I found that very interesting and I happen to have the link for that. But my main point is, don't lose hope because even this guy in the toughest situation managed to clear all of his thoughts and I am very interested to find out how, we need to do some research because if it takes meditators years to reach no mind then we need to find out how this guy reached it all of the sudden because once we know how we can more easily attain it as well and I also hear that no mind brings you to a "natural state" and you have more power in a way.

I'm still learning about Astral Projection and hopefully in the future I will be able to induce AP's instantly by changing brainwaves. I would love to go to places like pandora and spend several weeks there in the Astral  :-D

Dear astralization,

a linear time is still at work although the astral planes may sometimes simulate the illusion that there was none.
You can always see movies of past or possible future but there is an "actuality", a linear progession which is always there.

peace

So you can appear to be in the astral longer than you are in this plane? So say I'm here on the earth-plane for half an hour, I can appear to be in the astral for longer than that? Sorry, I'm kind of confused. It would be incredibly amazing if I was in the astral for several months when really I was on this plane for only a day, you would come out as a completely transformed person!

Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Astral Time?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows what is the difference between time here and time in astral. It is kind of confusing but I will try to explain to you what I mean. I hear people that have been in astral for a long time, but their body has been on this plane for a short time. What I'm saying is, is it possible to spend a several weeks in astral when on this plane you were in your body for only a couple of hours. I know some people have been in astral for a long time, I mean, it must be one of the best experiences anyone can expect.

Is Astral beyond time or is time still at work? I heard of Robert Peterson who wrote the book Out of Body Experiences has experienced an obe where there were several conversations at once and as he became conscious the conversations started getting faster and faster as he made the transition from the Astral Plane back to the Earth Plane. I still have not yet Astral Projected but I am going to keep trying and with every try I get better and better. So if anyone could explain to me more about 'time' in Astral, it would be greatly appreciated because there is so much to explore!  :-D

We still live in a semi phisical reality and the human body is just energy resonating
so even with defects it should be possible to cure all defects if you can manifest the right idea at a high enough vibration
and reap it when it rolls down the dimentional levels to the phisical

:NoY:

I agree, I've heard of people healing themselves using magick and other types of mysterious nature works. Nature is 'alive' and they have the ability to heal us.

Greetings everyone, I'm going to start off by talking about something that happened to me today and it's strange implications. I have recently gotten into Astral Projection a lot, I've read about it a while ago but just now I've gotten very interested in this subject. I have not yet Astral Projected but am aiming for it and I have experienced the sensations that occur prior to AP, but anyways here is what happened to me today. I decided to clean my room and thought that I'd fix this lamp that I have, one of these long lamps that are supposed to light up the whole room. There was a problem with the switch on the lamp and it was hard to twist the switch so I could turn it on and off. So, I turned off the lamp by twisting the switch, unscrewed the light bulb, twisted the switch again (you have to twist it 2 times to open it and turn it off, don't know why I twisted it, I wasn't paying attention) took out the plastic top and examined the peace where you screw the bulb in and touched a metal screw where there was an electric current running through it, and my whole hand was shocked with 135 volts and 60 hz (which I later found out) and I was completely shocked at what had happened, I mean I'm not that knowledgeable in electricity but I'm assuming that this voltage is really high for someone to be shocked by it. I can't explain how I felt, but I can just say that I was 'shocked'  :-o . Throughout the day I just felt very 'disoriented' in a way, not so disoriented that I don't know where I am but I just felt that feeling where it is hard to make sense of things as if I was out of breath or something. Prior to being 'electrocuted' I have had a lot of intrusive thoughts and all this mental chatter and things like that, now I'm not sure but it appears as if it has vanished, I feel like a new person, refreshed, energized. I don't know, it just happened today so I don't know what to make of it but I do see something. I'm not saying that you should go shock yourself because it can heal you in some way but just telling you guys how I feel after this has happened to me. Now of course there is Electroshock Therapy or ElectroConclusiveTherapy (ELC) which is a type of therapy used to treat major illnesses including depression, see wiki article here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electroconvulsive_therapy). So maybe this did help clear out my intrusive thoughts, hey as the saying goes, in order for change to happen a death must occur in some way. In this way, my older flawed self died and a new stronger, more developed updated and fixed version of my self has emerged. Thank you for listening, thank you for listening!  :-)
