wow - that sounds scary. i've never experienced anything like that.

i started APing involuntarily and spontaneously before i knew what the term astral projection was.

i always have pleasant experiences - i never see anyone - and i don't travel to far away places.

i've never had anyone grab me or anything of the like. i just float above myself and go from there...

i've never practiced anything.

i had no idea what astral projection was. i thought i was having a CRAZY dream until it happened a few times and i started doing some research. it was only after i started reading that i came across the term astral projection and learned of robert monroe.

this has been going on for 3 years - i've never done it intentionally - and i've never been harmed.

i don't believe it's unsafe and full of danger. i didn't have a clue what astral projection was until i started doing it.

why would i be pulled into something so dangerous, unwillingly?

And just so you know, I havent projected myself yet.  
I'm only going by what other people tell me whom have projected.

There's just too much anecdotal evidence to tell me they're bullshitting though, thats why I'm sticking with it.
Even if I can never project, I still like the added energy I get from doing trance work every day. Thats why I'm gonna continue doing it
