Hey every one, quick question

Do you ever try to talk to anyone about astral projection who don't know what it is?  I would really like to tell people about oobe because the fact that we are able to literally project our consciousness into other planes of existence is...epic?divine?amazing?  I don't really know what simple adjective could describe the experience.  Why don't more people know about this?  Is it because we've grown so disgustingly out of touch with our roots?

let me know what you all think,

QuoteWill feel scary not being attached to your body anymore.

I'm thinking that liberating will be more accurate.

AS far as using devices go, I know that robatusen cough syrup in high doses has sedative effects, and supposedly in extremely high doses can cause hallucination and even oobes.  I've never tried using it for an oobe; but i've drank near a full bottle before going to sleep and I was 100% relaxed with no distorted consciousness.  Honestly, I think it's best to project using nothing.  I take afternoon naps in loud butt dorm and have conditioned myself to project in a loud environment so quiet environments are much easier.

On a separate note, do you have to lie on your back to project or can you do it from your side?

Hey everyone,

This past March, I was having outstanding success with oobe's.  Whenever I took an afternoon nap ar went to bed at night I at least got to a stage where I felt vibrations and could exit, however, I can't do anything now.  Iv'e stayed conscious for over an hour almost every night while sleeping trying to induce an oobe and I don't even feel vibrations anymore.  What could this mean, I'm doing nothing different.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

QuoteHe was taken to "The Park" (in Focus 27) by one of his Guides.

What exactly do you mean by guide?  Other Astral Projectors, or people who have moved on from life?  Also. what is their purpose?

The concept of an afterlife is somewhat selfish, no?  It seems like people cannot grasp what it means to not exist, or are terrified of the idea.  Afterlife puts to ease our fear of extinguished existence.  And seriously , who wants to live eternally? Are there any guarantees that life after death is any better?

Hi everyone,

I'm new and never fully achieved an OBE so I'm gonna make this quick.

When I lie in bed, and focus, letting my body fall asleep but keeping my mind awake I reach a state of extreme relaxation.  This state is accompanied by very euphoric waves across my body, and a very odd state of consciousness in which I have bizzare visions which become vivid enough to feel real(is this hipnogogic hallucination?).  Once I pull out of that mental state and achieve full consciousness, I can focus on Projecting and without fail I feel an overpowering sensation of lifting.  Here's the problem, I can't move or see once "lifted"  and trying to do it usually moves my physical body.  No roaring in the ears or sleep paralysis.

I did achieve sleep paralysis once, and heard weird alien whistling sounds.  It scared me but I projected anyways, It was very violent and when i opened my eyes it was extremely blurry, however, it seemed like i was closer to the ceiling.  any tips would be extremely appreciated. thanks
