Hi, I'm Mike. I'm 15 right now, and have been practicing AP in particular on and off (mostly off) for a couple years. So far, I have never conciously left the body.

Thanks for your help! I will make sure to follow your advice so I have a greater chance of an OBE.

Sometimes I visualize a large, magnetic pendulum swinging over me that lifts my astral body. Other times I visualize my physical body being lifted away from my astral body on a string. And occasionally I use the rope method. I almost always get vibrations in at least one part of my body, but I always ebd up falling asleep.

Since I am unable to astral project yet, I will have to rely on all of you on the Astral Pulse to help me out.

Well, the idea is that one person is going to change the pyramid in an easily noticeable way and not tell anybody what the change is. It is everybody else's job to go to API and post what the change is. I will participate as well, if I finally ap. If a fourth or more of all people participating correctly identify the change, then we know, without a doubt, API has a great potential for becoming a hangout for APers to meet and do stuff. Also, if possible, all participating should agree on a date and time where everybody tries to go to API.

Whether or not this experiment is a success is up to you. Good luck.

I've been trying to astral project for a while and I am almost certain that I can get a hand or arm in (the one definite time I did it it felt like the arm wasn't even attached to my physical body). Should I just keep doing what I'm doing?
