I am really interested in my past lives. So that is a very big goal for me. Also I would like to actually see if I can witness past events, but the biggest thing I want to do is explore the astral plane and soak u as much knowledge as possible.

I had my first OBE 26 September 2010 I wrote the whole experience down on this forum. I have tried multiple times since then to Astral project again and it did not happen. Then life got in the way and I completely stopped trying. I recently within the last three weeks started trying astral projection again and this is what happened.

My second OBE happened on 30, March 2014 at 3:35AM. I started trying to Astral Project around three weeks prior. I was doing energy work, keeping my dream journal and I also got a reiki massage from a known reiki master. I don't know if this helped at all, but I did have my next OBE six days later. I also felt energy movement while the massage was going on. So here is what happened.

I fell asleep listening to a 7hz theta binaural beat from youtube from my IPOD (U-tubes Awesome). I also repeated, "I will have an out of body experience" about 20x. I slipped in and out of sleeping and wakeful state multiple times. I then awoke and looked at the time on my IPOD to see how long it had been playing. The player read 42 minutes at this point I cut the IPOD off and rolled over to my right side and fell asleep. I then awoke to immediate feelings of vibrations and ringing. I remember telling myself, "What does this feel like? What does this sound like." Best way I can describe vibrations is when your body is cold and your shivering the times that by 10 minus being cold. These vibrations were very intense, it was not subtle in anyway. I was actually scared until I realized what was happening. The ringing sound was the exact same sound as a tibetan 6th chakra singing bowl only faster. While I was having the vibrations and ringing I tried to separate by imagining myself floating forward I felt myself start to separate and I got scared. I don't know why, but I did and I was slowly pulled back into my physical body and the vibration stopped. I said, "No." The vibrations and ringing immediately started up again and I imagined myself floating up and I started to separate again. I saw myself moving away from my body into the ceiling. I thought of space and the next thing I know I am staring at the moon while floating. This lasted about two seconds and I then thought about my physical body. I am stupid and I don't know why I thought of my body. I appeared above my physical body and was slowly lowered into it. It wasn't a snap and I was back in my physical body like my first OBE. As I was being lowered into my physical body I heard a voice that said, " Myname Your mother." I couldn't make out anything else. It felt like it was a male family member, I don't know how I know it, but it did. I called my mom she was fine. So I have no clue what it was about.

During my first OBE I did not experience vibrations or ringing. I was also snapped back into my body and not slowly pulled or lowered back in. I saw in black and white with a little bit of brown in my first OBE. This OBE I saw color. Both OBE's happened while waking so I will now only try them when I am waking. I do love the fact that, I now know what vibrations feel like and what the ringing sounds like. I will be more prepared next time.

I had my first AP last year in september. I watched all of these videos the night before my first OBE. WATCH IT! I had not tried to astral project for 4 years. After watching these videos and doing what it said I was successful the first attempt the very next morning.

How do I make it last longer?

Ok I am 23 I have been trying to have an OBE for the past 7 years. I have not tried in four years. Last night I think I had my first OBE. This is what happened. I was in a dream and I figured out I was dreaming this was not very hard I got pretty good at it a few years ago. Then I ofcourse took control of the dream I guess it lasted another five minutes. Then I felt that I was back in my physical body I don't know how, but I did. I was half sleep and half awake, well actually I think I was more sleep than awake but aware. At this point I started rubbing my astral hands together and rocking from side to side. I was laying on my side when this was happening. It felt weird I felt like I was rocking but my physical body was not moving, but it felt like it was. The last rock was a big one and I rolled out and onto my floor.

I DID IT I FINALLY DID IT. Ok after rolling out I remember telling myself ok don't freak don't get too happy. Don't think of bad and evil things. When I first rolled out everything was clear but it was all in black and white and there was no sound. I turned and saw my body in the bed on my side I told myself again not to get to happy. Then everything started to fade like my eye's were half open and closing. SO I started touching my walls in my house they felt solid I could actually feel them. My site started to return again and I started walking toward the door in my bedroom while touching the wall I turned to walk out the door but my vision started to blur and narrow. Well blur and narrow is not the right word it looked like the top and bottom of my vision were blurred very badly and it felt like my eye's were half open and I could not open them any wider. At this point I wanted to see the face of my physical body so I started to walk toward my body my vision was still blurred. my physical body started to curl not alot but maybe about six inches, right as I looked at my face so I never saw the face of my physical body.Then I start back to my door again and I was snatched back into my physical body and I was awake.

Things seemed to start to fade when I was walking and not touching anything and got better if I was touching a physical object like the wall or something. It was in black and white why? I think I could see behind and infront of me but I was focused very much of the front of me, but when I reached the door to my room the first time I could see my physcial body in the bed behind me, but this did not register in the OBE. This was the only time I remembered seeing behind me. My body moved when I walked toward it, not alot but it moved, and there was no sound. Now that I just wrote it all down for the first time I think it was an OBE. What had me skeptical was that my body moved when I approached my physical body, and it was in black and white. Is all this normal for an OBE?

What I was doing before I went to bed last night I was on youtube watching OBE videos. This is where I got the whole rub your astral hands together and rock before I was just trying to rock, but then doing them both at the same time was so much more powerful.  The videos also said when your vision started to blur start touching things and your vision would return and it did. So what do you guys think.

PS: The whole thing lasted about 15 seconds.
