Well, i havent had an OBE yet, but, i've had some experiences like my consciousness being abducted and well i've woken up in the night with the vibrations some times now, and well, the last couple of times that i woke up with vibrations, i felt a weird sensation in my genital zone, it was like a pain, not so strong though, but made my body recoil and assume a fetal pose, and as usually i wake up multiple times during the night, and yesterday i woke up 2 times feeling that sensation in my balls... any ideas of what and how?

id like to get one of those to aid my training... where can i get one? xD

and this master of yours, how do you communicate with him? by email? or you guys OBE together?

Well, maybe you are right, but what you say about that religion, doesnt sound any different from what the Christians and catholics say about their own.

And i dont want to atack your religion or anything, but my opinion is, that sant mat is probably just another religion that makes you believe in something that you will eventually find when you die, cause thats what you expect, like you could end in a " Higher plane" when you are actually in a special kind of hollow heaven suited the sant mat belief.

Whats a sant mat teacher?

Is it a spirit that teaches? not so long ago, someone made me obe in my sleep, it was quite persistent, i talked it over with a friend quite experienced, and he said it was a higher being that wanted to teach me.

Yeah, the mayan calendar is goind to an end.. like any other calendar.. it starts again, other than that.. we know that the super volcano in yellonstone(sp) is active... and it can go KA BOOM at any time..  if that thing where to blow up.. you can say bye bye to more than half of the united states.. plus.. nuclear winter to other parts of the world.. plus.. that big ka boom at yellownstone would occacionate some serios tsunamis around the world, or well i think it would.. no?

I think vibrations come when your body is sleep and your mind awake..
and it feels like..  your heart beat races, kinda of pressure, and shakiness, and there is a bunch of methods, i have felt vibrations a handful of times and i haven't really gone out of my body consciously so i wont say anything about methods since i still cant succed at that, but a week ago, my non physical body was pulled out of myself by.. amm  well, im still not sure who it was, probably my guide or some superior being trying to teach me something, but oh well, that night i felt the vibrations thing a bunch of times.

mmm, impresive, so like what kind of things can be healed with energy? bruises, amm muscular pain? a cold? anything ? xD

Is energy healing strong enough to cure diseases like cancer or something? or just works with bruises or what? im kinda interested in energy healing..

i say that is really interesting.. mastering skills in weeks and stuff... but i dont know.. i passes by the site where they offer the course for quatum jumping, and its really i dont know.. it looks like those scam sites that tell you over and over again how good it is.. and that the price is to good to be true, and buy it now because my publisher just let me publish 500 copys and when those run out, the price will go considerably up and stuff like that... and when you try to leave the site.. theres a pop up that says.. " wait.. are you suree you want to leave bla bla... "

So i dont know.. imma try to get a free copy somewhere.. but the site, how its structured looks lame

Well then it doesnt really matter for those who believe in heavens and hells.. cause they will end in heaven and hell anyway.. cause they believe so, and they will be satisfied even though its like a fake heaven.

Hello, i have a question.. if everyone goes to focus 3 after dying .. then does our actions here on the physical even matter? i mean.. if im good n kind to pep or if im a son of a grump to the world and the pep.. either way we all go to the same place?.. if so then why bother trying to be good, if there is no ultimate consequences?

Mmm yea but maybe he would take it wrong and just leave me.. after sending him away and putting a barrier around me..  is there a way to communicate with the guide?, but that'll be scary.. a better way.. how can i tell him to appear in my dreams or something.. so i dont freak out when i see him on AP?

Mmm, you r right,  i feel better now.. i may as well ask for help from whatever was trying to give me a push yesterday.

but i mean.. once i get fully out of my body... is there a chance i will see the thing more .. amm human like?  cause if i just see a dark shade.. is gonna scare mee.. xD

Also.. is there a way to i dont know.. turn on some light in a dark environment while APing?

Hello guys.. so this is what happened to me last night... i was trying to sleep.. which i was having problem with, then when i was finally falling asleep, i felt really weird... like my body started to shake a little, then i felt i was being lifted and i was like i turned 90 degrees and then i got really scared.. cause it wasnt a pretty feeling , so i stoped it... just wishing it to stop, but everytime i was about to fall asleep.. it would happen again,  so like.. the second time.. i felt like my arm and my leg rised, and i was being pulled in a gentle way, but that weird sensation came came back,
and i was thinking like.. "noo wait im not ready", and then i saw a text in my mind, i dont know why and i cannot remember what it said, and it stopped and i was in my bed again.. same position as ever.. so i guess what was moving was my non physical body, but anyway.. it happened a third time this time.. same.. i felt the touch of someone gently lifting me, and i heard a song, song was saying.. "trust in yourself, you can do it" and in that moment i was like "okay i dont know why but that gives me some confidence "  and i stopped refusing for a second.. but then when my body turned the 90 degrees in the air again, i saw a figure, the one that was touching me, it was a dark shadow, thats how i remember, a dark human shadow, so i got really scared, you know.. like my mind related dark to evil... really quick, and im not sure if it was a good or evil presence, or even if all this crap really happened or not, but what i know is that.. i told him.. " no, no not now, in the name of jesus christ let me go" and i was on my bed again, the weird sensation would come each time i was falling asleep,  so i got afraid of sleeping, and i putted like a barrier around me imagining, hoping it would help  and i waited til 8 am for the daylight to shine to go back to sleep.

The thing is, i mean i been reading bout this stuff, and getting mentally ready to start training, and all of a sudden someone tries to take me out of myself .. that really freaked me out, i've never have a OBE,  thats why all the feelings where so unfamiliar, who knows.. maybe everything was a dream, but that wouldnt explain why my body would feel shaky each time i was about to fall asleep.

So please people, any opinions or Theories?  im really freaked out. o.o
