Just tried that brushing technique and now it feels like there's some serious wind going on in my left hand and it also got sweaty... what the crap? It happed in like two minutes! Actually I've felt this a few times before but it was while lying in bed and concentrating in my hands for a really long time, and before that there was always a period where my hands felt hot. Now it jumped straight to the "windy" part.

Is this a good sign?

So I have no idea if this is the right place to ask this, but I've been lurking this forum for a while and think this is a pretty nice place so whatever. Allright, so let's get to my story...

My left hand suffered a severe frostbite around eleven months ago, so it's almost been a year. I was propably like 30-45 minutes in -30 C (plus wind) without a glove (I was a "bit" drunk), so it didn't end well. I don't usually even drink, and if I drink I don't drink much, but of course I had to make an exception during the coldest day of the year... sigh. Anyway, I guess my hand wasn't very far from amputation but luckily i got to keep my fingers. I lost my nails and skin though, but the skin has grown back and the nails almost as well.

So that's the story, but the question is does anyone have any ideas on how to make the nerves grow faster? Two of my fingers still have oversensitive nerves, and even though the doctors pretty much said it was over after five months, the condition of these two fingers have gotten significantly better and I can still see the healing happening, although it has gotten a lot slower. Hell i couldn't play a guitar five months ago, but now I can play almost anything that doesn't require me to press the strings with the absolute top of my fingertips of the two broken fingers (it still hurts a bit with the two fingers, but not much). Stupid doctors. :-)

But yeah how to make the healing faster? I've been eating vitamin C because i read somewhere it might help, and also tried healing with a crystal when the nerves were still healing faster and I'm pretty damn sure it helped. I also read from some random site that a crystal vibrating at 2hz or something like that can help, but I didn't really get that.

Does anyone have ideas? I welcome even the most random sounding ones... : D

Thanks in advance!
