This used to happen to me. I would see a gray area where my face should have been. But, then it changed after awhile I would see the image of a reptile/human wearing a monk's type robe. He would just stand there and smirk at me. I've recently read that others have seen the same reptilian in a robe but in their room not in the mirror.
