if you're of that sentiment then you ought to believe it's all in their minds anyway, so if you don't believe it, it's not a problem.

I often find people who try and 'force' beliefs/opinions onto others are often not convinced in there own. Otherwise why would they do it?

Anywhere else you can get this done apart from hermeticuniversityonline.com? I read there site, but I don't trust when people mention magic, demons and the occult.

I have been trying to have an OBE for years without success. I seem very stuck in the physical for some reason. A few reasons I believe this are:

1.) I never remember my dreams, only around three times in my entire life have I done so, and this was when I woke up and went back to sleep. But, every other time its just black and wake up.   
2.) When I go to sleep, it seems my mind is still physically active. I will talk all night about what has happened during the day (This often gets me into trouble with the wife, as I have the habit of telling her what i really think, rather then keeping my mouth shut!).
3.) I never wake up feeling rested, i always wake up feeling tired and wanting more sleep even if i have had 12 hours of it.

The other day, i watched OBE videos of Bob Monroe and other people for around 6 hours before going to bed. I woke up at 3am and went back to sleep, i then heard a big whistling noise in my ears, found myself in space with a window in front of me with complete blackness inside of it. Curtains blowing either side (Which was strange, no wind in space). I then attempted to look at my arms, which i would describe as arms made of out black flames which were burning, but seemed pretty cool. I remember nothing after that, except waking up.

The question is, did I make this up in my mind after watching all of the videos, as there some common themes (Whistling noice, Space.. windows etc) on the videos i watched before sleeping or was this a real experience?

Any advice or comments are appreciated.
