Thanks for sharing this Lionheart... It's very true. I find myself lost every once in a while with my job, life, family, technology, relationships.. that's when I start to find myself stressed out, but it never fails ill be driving to work and see the clouds swirled over the mountains and I get this sense of peace, that's when I make a plan to drive out to somewhere I've never been or walk to the pond by my house or run through my neighborhood in the night with the stars and moon and just appreciate the earth.

I hope all of us and the earth can find hormone and balance.

I remember becoming conscious while laying in bed... I must have been in sleep paralysis... I heard a "down south/bayou" music playing very loudly in the next room... I remember having a visual of my room as well... I knew I was in the  :lol:dream/waking stage so I took my chance to try and project.... I felt my body surging with energy and I remember seeing darkness, then I felt like I was floating and I have a faint memory of feeling myself uncurl from my physical... I remember feeling like I was stuck to my body... I was in dark... But I then saw a visual of my room and me laying there somewhat... I remember repeating "I want to talk to my guides, show me my guides!" I saw these long, large, brownish arms in the corner of my room... But the rest of the creature was in the shadows of my room... I thought I should feel scared but I knew I needed to contain my composure... I didn't want to seem scared so I reached out to the arms but they weren't within reach, all of a sudden the arms grasped on to my hands and it shocked me because they felt so real! My tiny hands and most of my forearm were completely grasped by these giant hands, I remember feeling like they were holding on to me and it felt as if I was being sucked into a whirlwind... I remember hearing alarming noises coming from elsewhere in my room, almost animal like noises and then I must've blacked out.

I was pleased this occurred, it's been about two months since my last projection. If those arms were my guide... I really wish they could verbalize... But then again I suppose I should have asked a question... Hahahah.

Welcome to Dreams! / Re: What to do in lucid dreams

Haha I love this. I get the same way, first I think of sex.. The other option I can only seem to think of is fly. I want to try to ask the dream to show me something I need to see, or let me talk to my guides.... I need to get more creative. :)

Very interesting, I really need to get one of these books. I have had other experiences of this type but not as detailed... I wonder if they're related. Rey have all occurred within this month also. I have had dreams of UFO's and also had one dream in which someone was have work done to their face, and it made me cringe so I "covered my head in my blankets" and was immediately ripped out of my bed by two arms... I'll definitely seek out these books. :) thanks guys!

Volgerie, this is exactly what I feel it is... I feel like the "dream" was altered so that it would be remembered by me as a normal occurrence in my everyday life. I did not feel the sense of hostility or malintent, it was more emotionless... And I was lucid in the dream which was why I knew something was altered about it... Very interesting to me.. I looked up the part of the brain where I was injected and it was the "imagination/creative thinking section.... Maybe I am so dull they wanted to give me more of an imagination?  :-D

I will definitely check out that book, thank you!

Welcome to Dreams! / Alien abduction
December 26, 2012, 01:01:56
Last night I dreamt that for some reason I was on the way to my grandparents coast house and as we were driving in the car, part of the road gave way into this deep part of the ocean... We fell into the ocean and I started to just float in the water... Part of it felt peaceful to me floating there... I'm pretty sure there were creatures in the water... The floating reminded me that I was probably sleeping... I tried to wake up but I had a false awakening and I was in a chair and I was bound to it.  The room looked like a laboratory with large tubes full of water and different odd contraptions.. I remember I was sitting there and I was somewhat subdued, I was not able to move my head but I knew there was a presence behind me and there was like a "doctor" who looked like a generic human, He was so stereotypical that I realized it must have been a facade and it was actually an alien... He had a huge syringe of what looked like honey with bees swimming around in it. I knew he was going to inject me with it and I figured it would hurt.. I did not feel scared oddly enough. He methodically pierced it through my skull into a part of my brain on my right hemisphere... I somehow watched him inject the whole syringe into my brain and I remember he left the syringe in my head and I just sat there..  After this I remember waking up with a pounding headache... What did they do to me?

It odd you talked about this. When I was living with my ex every time I would start to project I would hear sgrowling as well and could sense a creature in the dark watching me... Sometimes it even jumped on my face and started snarling at me... It terrified the hell out of me, since I moved I haven't had it come around... I feel like it was coming from at part of town or my ex being as that side of town was a shady apartment complex and my ex was shady too... I think it was the energy from it all... Maybe.. I told it to go away and sent it light and love... Little monster! :)

I don't think you should be concerned that you don't see it, maybe your attention is just focused elsewhere... When I am having a really vivid projection I will see the chord. It's like a bluish white silver.... I've seen my dogs and my ex boyfriends haha. I wasn't looking for them but I noticed them peripherally... Speaking of, I notice almost everything peripherally considering I don't really have 2 eyeballs when I'm out of body... How confusing! :P

I had my cousin draw a picture and hang it in her room, and i've been trying to go see it for about a year now.. The closest I got was a lucid dream, and I ended up inventing the picture myself... I still have yet to project there in the real time zone... I've made it in her room a couple times but it was too dark! I'll get there. :)

Welcome to Dreams! / Elevator
March 19, 2012, 10:45:35
So I don't know what the deal is but I keep having elevator dreams... Some of them consist of the elevator plummeting into the ground, some consist of them shooting into the sky, some consist of the elevator being stuck.... Sometimes when the elevator falls or shoots up real fast it feels as if I'm projecting... Then I gain awareness... Do you think is possible I'm attracting these dreams to help myself project, is there a certain symbolism with elevator dreams? Anyone else have elevator dreams out there? Helllloooo?? :)

Casey, I had a dream the other night where I was trying to leave a busy city and It appeared to be flooding... Dunno if it was passed life memory or what but I remember running through the streets and I was aware of water rushing after me... Not sure if it was a tsunami or what... The city reminded me of a bigger city, but one I had never been to...

I LOVE seeing people's pictures they make about their experiences! If I was a good enough artist and not ashamed of the pictures I make, I'd put them up here... I love the added visuals.. Keep them coming.

Doesn't sound unusual in the slightest.. Sounds like my first experience too.. It was terrifying in the moment because I had never experienced it before.... But right after I wanted to explore it more... Now a year and a half later I have experienced them countless times, and they still fascinate me... Is such an enlightening experience... It completely changed my perspective on life, "reality", death, and spirituality. It does seem almost random... That it happens random... But I started having mine as soon as I asked to be more "open". I wanted to be opened up to everything and there it came.

Congrats to opening your eyes to this new world. :)

I was actually thinking eth same thing today... I've been on a role with APing and I've been jouraling my dreams for the past 2 years actively... I definitely have been remembering more and more dreams lately as I've been meditating and projecting more... I'm loving it... I feel I'm making real progress lately. :)

Cool... Very interesting.... I had an experience similar the other night... I was projecting and I floated Nader my bed and could feel the carpet and taste it, then I "woke up" and started to roll over n bed but was having a hard time moving the covers, I remember trying to move them and they wouldn't budge then a hand grabbed my arm and terrified me, then I snapped back awake on my side again confused to as if I was awake or not... It's crazy how confusing and disorienting astral/dreams can be...

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Anyone else?
November 24, 2011, 15:43:15
So I was starting to project last night and usually I am in darkness when it's happening... But I breathe in and it feels as if I expand then I breathe out and it feels like I shrink in closer to my physical body... And it's annoying cause it feels as if I can't get away from my body.... But last night I tried NOT breathing and it was odd because it felt like I was shooting away from my body, and I could hear my physical body breathing with out me, then I heard astral noises but I was back and awake! Aghhh, I can't get away from my body... Any suggestions?

Thank you guys... Oh it feels so GOOD "not" to have a physical body again! Hahaha.

This morning I couldn't sleep well and I have been becoming more aware of myself when I'm laying there... My thoughts, how my body feels... I guess it's more meditation than sleep. But I was on my side trying to drift away, when I heard "my dad" who I knew wasnt home and then I felt my arms and legs uncurling and I saw the blue of my sheets and I was coming out of my body. I saw my dresser but it was mixed with the color of my red pajama pants...  And i became too excited and slipped back into my body. Does anyone have this happen? Sometimes things or colors of different objects mix together? I'm wondering if its because maybe were not seeing through physical eyes, we're just conciousness?

Either way success! I can't wait to try again. Oh but I need to settle down cause I get too excited. Hahaha.

So it's been about four months since I've had any real luck with projections... Even when I was having them I was still struggling to get free from my body, but they were more intense... Now the only time anything happens for me is when I wake up and don't move then I just imagine that I'm gonna start leaving my body... And I start to feel myself slip away and here a slight little buzz but it's like I don't have enough energy or something cause I'll slip right back into myself and be wide awake! It's frustrating.. Before they were so intense and powerful.. Any suggestions on how to get back into it?

Thank you! :)

I'm not sure if it's happened to me but, one when I was starting to project, I felt... Basically an orgasm throught my entire body, it was more intense than any orgasm I've had in the physical,  and then I woke up and I slowly could feel it disappear... Lol. What an dd experience.. I don't even remember seeing a spirit or even fully making it out of my body...

Welcome to Magic! / Re: Spirit Readings?

Lol, thank you summerlander. But that's what I used to think about astral projection too until it happened to me. :D

Very cool. I really enjoy reading these experiences, they inspire me to try even harder with AP. Thanks for sharing this.

I think you should try to give it up for a little while, kahuna,  and see if there are any differences... I drink at least a coffee a day swell, I really want to try to give it up for a month at least and see if there is any difference in my projection at all...
