I understand completly what you mean sir. I have hit the same wall several times. The way I have been trying to get past it is, just completely forget your physical body. The more you let yourself be distracted by the physical signs your body is doing, the harder it will be to achieve the body asleep/mind awake state. Next time you feel the comings of that urge, forget about anything physical and just disconnect yourself in a sense from your physical body, if that makes sense. Haha hope this helps
