sounds quite profound what you went through. In regards to what you are doing and your ex, I would stay away from visiting. All break ups are hard, hard as to what lessons you need to go through at that time/phase. Do the only road - no contact. Hard as F%$# at first, but its the best course to take IMO.

I would use your astral self to ask the creator what is your higher self or anything to find out some deep seated issues.

I heard this from an amazing scientist, Dan Winter, "You need passion and change to ignite your inner bliss. Once you achieve bliss, your sound waves from your heart comes into harmony which braids your DNA. So, bliss is the purpose of having DNA.

Im new to OBE's and have a question. Im getting to the state where I feel my whole body vibrating, but after a minute max, it dissipates and goes. Am I suppose to keep my mind still with no thoughts and not move my eyes? What ways are best to keep it going?

I had my first experience last night. I found myself standing in my hallway looking down at the back door, then a big black wolf entered through the back door. I became terrified, the wolf walked up to me and past me. Never once looking at me. Once the wolf walked past me, I felt the wolf was non threatening. At that moment I felt my body get pulled back to bed and awoke bolt upright...

I heard the first entity you encounter is one of your guides...wonder if  thats true?
