That´s a very interesting example indeed. Just like Robert Bruce wrote in his book, we can see sort of what people are thinking if they are awake when we AP. The writing that Frank was doing probably had his mind in the world of books and litterature, thus majortom got the word taoist (which is linked to a central thing in franks subjective world of litterature) popped in his head when he thought about Frank. It also perhaps explains why Frank was looking like a dutchman because his ex girlfriend that gave franks first book was Dutch. Frank also seemed very busy in the AP, maybe because he was so concentrated on the writing.

a very nice example indeed, it seems that behind all the chaos of APing there is still logic.

yea the book isn´t anymore on www.astralpulse.com

I have the book on some other websites too. The easiest way to download it is to click on the following link

http://www.soultravel.nu/film-bok/Flakes_teachings_about_AP.doc

if that does not work then try going to http://astralsociety.com/ and going to the downloads section, the book´s called flake´s book

if nothing works then you can mail me and i´ll send it to whoever that wants it. Here´s my e-mail:

myself, and I believe most other projectors always seem to have their projections in the astral. Their aswell as my experiences are always subjective and dreamlike. Personally I have had probably houndreads of OBEs and LDs by now but not a single OBE that have been in the realtimezone. I have have tried to go realtime but I never succeed, my question is how does one succeed in this???

In robert bruce's astral dynamics he speaks often of the realtimezone and the astral, but never gives any advice on how to project specifically to the realtimezone.

This post is mostly for the staff of this site. I am wondering if you would be willing to put my book up on your site? The book is of course about AP and it is short but powerful. I have heard only good comments on it so far...
The text is already up on www.astralsociety.com and I am wondering if you want it too. If so, please tell me to what adress I can send the file.

A guy I know once projected into his mother´s apartment´s bedroom and saw his mother changing sheets. When the guy woke up he immidiately called his mom and asked her what she was doing, and she said "I´m changing sheets"

to Kazbadan:

You should do some reading about OBEing. OBEs can be either Illusions in the brain or projections in the realtime-zone. But often most OBEs can have the qualities of both. My point is that there is no fine line between the real-time zone and astral while OBEing, it all sort of just melts together.
And for the record, I´m not doing the card test to prove that a realtime-zone exists, I´m doing it because I just wanna see how it´s like. I have already heard countless proof stories about the realtime-zone both by OBE authors and by some OBE interested friends of mine.
What I have noticed is that some people just seem to have more realtime projections and some seem to have it more astral, regardless of anything. And I for one, am not a realtime dude, that's why I´m practicing on it now.

Actually I have been trying to do that card trick for a while now. I have had about 10-20 OBEs where I have only checked out cards, and in all of them I have failed to get it right. But I am not giving up yet, even though I´m not a RTZ kind of guy

The best way I can describe the vibrations: Like coca cola filling up your body and then it suddenly dissapears when u leave your body, a very tingling and energetic sensation...
#10
well, it seems as if though saints was a guy that everybody had the wrong idea about in this topic...
#11
saints you don´t have to talk to me as if I never had had an OBE, I know what it feels like. I do not believe the fact that I always see in real-time at the moment when I leave my body even though people want to believe that. In my experience my room is always looking different than reality when I leave my body. I´ll have to look at franks posts now...

I was never some kind of psychic before I started doing OBEs, and still today after about 100 or more OBEs I´m still the same guy. However, as a person I have changed alot.

Again, thankyou for all the good comments. It feels really good to see that my writing has paid off
#14
Thank you for all the good comments

if anyone is interested, I´m going to appear in a guest chat on www.astralsociety.com sunday the 26th of october at 6 pm GMT. I will be discussing my book and stuff so if anyone of you are interested in asking questions or commenting, feel free to join.

Hey how about rating my book in the file library section? I would be interested to know what u would give...
#15
Well if u view it in the online mode as I stated in the book then the contents page starts to make sense.
It could also be that u cant view it in that way because I wrote the work with a semi-old version of Word
#16
perhaps, but first I have to learn more
#17
cool dude. I would have never thought that someone stays up all night just to read MY work

yes quetzalcoatl but there are alot of desperate newbies out there that are like 14 years old or younger who want answers and quick and believe that there is an absolute right and wrong in everything. In that way I feel like I had to say those "meaningless" things too. When I first started out APing I wish somebody would have told me the things that I´m speaking about in my book you know.

yea music is cool. When the sound of the music gets intensivly clearer and u are not sure if its a sound or thought, thats the time to pull yourself out of body. (incase u didn´t know)

Hi mihai

Well i´ts always better to point out things than leave them behind. Also, you should remember that my compilation is mostly for newbies, and with that in mind it´s only good to point out all the annoying "sayings" that are heard so often. What if the reader never had read anything about APing before?

In what way would a book that presents the story of a guy getting into AP help the reader in his progress? I´m not saying it would be a boring book though.
