Hi rachit89,
"When" do you usually practice?
Quote from: astraladdict on July 26, 2011, 19:06:36thanks for the reply..wats RTZ??..i tried your technique and it was better than my earlier ones. I wasnt successful but i felt the vibrations more strongly when i was trying to hold the rope and trying to get out. My eyes started vibrating like a cellphone..
Work on relaxation. As an exit method, i prefer the rope. It's easy and effective. All you have to do is feel the rope hanging above you. Feel it under your hands, your muscles strain as you pull your body up .Feel your body rise. When you project you're first feelings will be an increase in your senses. Everything will feel clearer, but hazy at first. You'll end up in the RTZ at first, but eventually drift to the realm. You'll be in your room, by your physical body. You don't need binaural beats.

We seem to be at a similar stage. I've been listening to the Monroe Disc 7, tracks 1 and 2 and I've had nearly identical experiences to yours. Equally, I've yet to effect an exit from the tingling/vibrating. One night, though, I felt that I was slightly dislocated from my body but I felt that I was wrapped in some kind of webbing. Moments later, I felt that I reintegrated with my body and that was that.
Good luck.

Quote from: djed on May 31, 2011, 16:16:00thx djed..u r very helpful...i will try to do it again today and maybe see u in the astral world...
Rachit, don't 'try' to get out, just relax and you will move deeper into trance and will automatically exit. Don't open your physical eyes or you will remain in the physical. Your astral eyes will always be open, you are seeing with your mind.
Forget about the paralysis, the body will paralyse the parts it wants to in REM.
The white light is your brow chakra getting stimulated, probably from where you were trying to exit from.
No problems, you are doing well, have no fear!
Cheers djed
Quote from: djed on May 30, 2011, 02:35:48hi djed...i tried to ap again yesterday. I was trying to stick out my astral head out of my physical body but noticed that my physical head also moved along giving me pain in my neck..then i tried to pull out my astral hands and tried to exit but i was unable to get up...i noticed that when i was moving my astral parts, the physical parts which correspond to that parts went into paralysis. example..if i am trying to seperate my astral hands, my physical hands went numb. It was like i was super glued to my physical body...and 1 more thing...as i was trying to exit my body, i saw white type light again....and my eyes started vibrating and sort of opened a little too.so my question is when should i open my eyes...?? and how would i differentiate between my astral and physical eyes..??
Hi Rachit, welcome.
Dont try to exit the body, just relax back into the bed, dont fight it. You are doing very well, so you will automatically exit soon. You could try the 'rope technique', just try and keep still with your body and pretend you are climbing up a rope (with your mind).
Also read as much of the different advice on this website.
Good luck djed

so... you managed to get out of the state?
I think that what you have experienced here was Sleep paralysis. Anyway, I believe that when you are in SP you are already out, you just need to find it out. Try different methods of separation when you are there. I usually just get up as I do when I wake up from sleep.
