i have tried and tried and tried with no success to create a psi ball or open my third eye. the people here seem to give good information but i need someone here with me who knows how to do it to help me along. i know it's all about believing you can do it, but i dont want to put all of muy energy into something and fail.

i was wondering, when i concentrate for awhile, i begin to see somthing that looks like clear fumes coming fron everything. also i see little white dots that move around too. is that a sign of my third eye being open?

i  guess i will try some more to see if anything happens.  And is there any books about this topic that would be useful to me?

okay thanks. now, what direction should the vortex spin, and will this work for the chakras?

okay now i only have to think about a red vortex, but what is a red vortex?

well i dont feel any pain from the pressure, but i will get a check up to be safe. but if my third eye is active, why cant i see colored auras? i can only see clear ones.

but what if i have seen these things my whole life? and another thing , i can see this stuff, but all i feel is just pressure between my eyes and forehead
