Another test i want to do... but that inner voice is stopping me... I want to phase on a good alcohol Buzz... not to be rude... just to test. that's what I do. But this voice inside is refusing to take part before i try. I KNOW BOARD... I'm a possessed, voice hearing freak! hahahah Just another test i long to do to verify perception. Here is my dilemma... if you will...

I have trained for years to listen inward, my first phase was all ... logic if you will... like odd for me! it was all thought reaction! No heart felt decisions. Just Will... THought... = reality.

My question is can you use your heart to perceive in a phase? Intuition? Hmmm... that gut feeling that says get away! Now mind you... there is no fear here. Its more of a discernment!

this was my goal on next Phase...

Tried last night to phase... set my body in the position to do so... OVER slept... woke up in 4 hrs... walked around did normal chores until I KNEW IT WAS TIME! got excited to do it... and knew i would easily. BEHOLD A 5yr old cant sleep! stuck now with her AHHHHHGGGGGGGG!!!!!!
experiment dead till next time.  Ryan or Summ... ever tried this before? maybe you can save me time? No... you won't... I still will do this for a test... but maybe insight would be nice. Its funny because everyone states i THINK BACKWARDS! I go inward first... if nothing... go logic. I do believe you need a strong awareness of the inward (heart felt) voice to pull this off.

I modified for deeper explaining... I was driving with a friend about 2 months ago.... it was 4 am and very dark! 2 lane road... we were making small talk traveling to do business... then a inward voice screamed inside of me STOP NOW! I STOPPED! friend asked... what the F**K are you doing! soon as the car stopped. In the headlights was 8 or so deer crossing the road. I said look! He was amazed... it would have possibly killed us at 55 mph that we were traveling if we would have struck one of these animals. He simply asked how did you know? IT WAS TO DARK TO SEE! I said blind luck! This is the voice i am referring too.

it is a very useful tool, but don't make the mistake that i did and expect it to do all the work for you.  it helps you get into the right mindstate, but the job is still yours.  (not necessarily directed at you TravelingBull, just to everyone)

and good call addict.  but if you need that "proof"factor in the beginning, HEMI-Synce can really help. confidence builder.  but yea, don't become reliant on it.

I honestly prefer the "Journeys Out of the Body" series.

Agree with both of you... its a factor of achieving the phase... Brings faith... move slowly to self reliant. Kinda like a baby... goes from Bottle... to pacifier.. to eating on your own... its a great tool.

I will say this... the HEMI Sync Gateway series is a very nice tool for all!!!!!!! I am enjoying this series. I have never had vibrations on exit, felt them for the first time with this series...

anyone with a little internet skill can avoid the $500.00 cost.

NOW THATS A GREAT QUESTION! I have Phased... and discerning now the secret.  I believe its all on your believe system! How you were wired as a child. That can help or stop your exit! Some can exit a little easier because of how they were raised and other cant for the same reason.

For instance... if you believe that your all brain power or consciousness only... then follow those who believe that who have exited. Meditation... and such.

For me... i believe we have three layers... Body (physical) SOUL (mental, senses...) and spirit (intution, Conscience) once i learned to separate the three... hmmm make deviders so i know the source of where the info is coming... phasing is getting easier. Just my input... none are wrong! just different paths.

Interesting comments... my goal is to find consistency in Phasing... I am prodding to find something that is useful is all! I feel if there truly is a third layer within us (spirit) and the soul is projecting in the phase (emotions, thought and brain power) than maybe there is a clue to making it a regular occurrence.

What i hang my hat on is my Fathers Near death experience! he flat lined and I believe he had this third layer leave (spirit). Bending thought from a phase and comprehending it is hard enough... just digging for nuggets!

I truly believe that the Spirit of ones self is the anchor that pulls you back... if so... its really the second layer that projects! if this is true... this makes a world of difference in PHASING! A true separation of soul and spirit is necessary to download the info correctly. now I know I am too deep for some to understand... but everyone thinks the SOUL is the person! You know... religion saying your soul needs saved, this is a lie! Its the spirit man... this third layer! Phasing has never caused a Flat line but twice in a 1000 yrs! This is people Phasing! so its rare... Near Death Experience... ALL FLAT LINE!!!!!!!!!!!!! DOA!!!!!!!!!!! and return. A different experience in its self! Does this not promote a third layer within us? if No... why? and if it does... will this information be useful? I think it would!!!!!!!!!!!!!

will travel become easier and will it help us to realize truth? I say yes.... it knows truth and thrives on it! working on proof! thats what i wanted from you guys... not questioning whether you experienced truth or not... just be aware of how you know!

No... i am not questioning whether travel is truth! just the means of discerning! Basically... if your traveling thru mind only... how is the PULL back to the shell possible,  a stronger force always wins in physics. Basically, Phasing proves a third level of existence... thats my insight. ALso... is it your mind making sense of the experience or the real you? This part that pulls you home (body)? Just looking for a response... not answers.

well... seems to me... if this is 100 percent truth... why go? There is no truth there! its all a mind Screw! You are making it a dream yourself! Whether AWAKE or not!

Now... just food for thought was my title... I DON'T believe this is true at all! However, it seems most want to play on both sides of the fence! like a Grey area that makes everyone one comfy. If its a bad thing its your mind in fear! if its a good thing... maybe you seen something! and if it dont come to pass... you fell back into LD! That is why it didn't happen in life... even a year after what you saw! why go if you dont grow is my question!

HAHAHAHAHA! and believe that your Inner man (spirit) resonates a frequency to your soul (mind power) to elevate awareness. Proof yet? No... only exited once and really haven't tried since as of now... planning on tonight.

Ok... funny story... Didnt believe in Demons! ASK GOD to show me... that night.... Sleep paralysis... and Raped by a Demon that called its self lust! Now I was 14 yrs old! scared the excrement out of me! do they exist? Hmmmmm.... i would say yes... ask for them in will and desire... get what you ask for! Look... there is Light and there is dark! there is Black and white! if there is guides there is fallin guides! Enough said without getting religious!
My separation begins not in the mind... Saying its all formed there! However, there is mind power that translates things as evil. People posting that you get what you ask for seems correct in the Astral! or Phase! your choice! HOWEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! from my insight... there is a deeper being in existence that we refuse to recognize! a deeper part of who we are....

I am talking more on our inner power, the third level of the body! The Spiritual man if you will!
the three levels are:
1) Body... do you really need to say more? physical touch..... we know this one for Gods sake! physical hearing, and physical site... all 5 senses!
2) the soul... this is where things get tricky in my eyes!... Its your thoughts, your emotions.... YOUR WILL!!! you know things that move you! Funny but I believe  this is where phasing happens! Its your soul life that is hard to separate from the body during phasing! Not impossible! but very difficult! and it transfers things to retain in your Spirit man and your physical shell after projection!
but no one speaks on this third level!
3) Your Spirit! Here is where I was trained... to shut down the effects of the soul to feel what your spirit is saying. This is Intuition, that still small voice, that unction that something is wrong dont do it! voice! Conscious falls here too! God forbid we have a CONSCIOUS!
I would get my soul... EMOTIONS, Thoughts, and will/desires so still that i would literally feel my spirit man speaking! I used the soul life as a pond... make it smooth... like glass... then feel the spirit man touch my emotions (soul).

Now this took years of experience and me seeking truth to see this... and find a good writing on the subject! So you ask... What started your journey Rob? Not just Phasing.... NDE!!!!!! Near death experience!
you see my father died and came back... he wrote an experience and i have it to this day... BUT HE WAS DEAD!!!! BODY FUNCTIONS DEAD! 15 mins! then returned! and openly changed his life! He was a drunk, a womanizer, a lost soul.... too... a preacher, a believer and very sure at what he saw!
Now, many will confess here that i have done RELENTLESS research on phasing or as some say OOBE! NOT ONCE HAVE I SEEN or read vitals in the body going dead! My dad was DOA! he had an NDE! different phase! different inner part! SPIRIT!

so why do I say all this today? In phasing the power of will and desire rule! good or bad! (by the way, i read the BIBLE 18 times and firmly believe Jesus operated here a lot! )  when you project... its truth of your desires and will! BUT not your Spirit! Your spirit (inner man resonates at a higher plane) to get insight from there... you need spiritual growth in your spirit man. Then when you phase you will reach these levels! just my input... but the more you learn... the more the darkness fights you to keep you ... ignorant. just some simple input! what really makes sense to me... is the fact at what frequency you resonate at allows you to see more in the PHASE or Astral.... just saying!

So in Layman terms... IF YOUR SPIRIT leaves... ur dead! if your soul gets disconnected somehow (highly unlikely!!!!!!! 2 cases in 200 yrs or so)... in the astral your dead... Spirit needs soul to communicate! not promoting fear!!! I conquered dying a long time ago. As many have said we do it every night! unwillingly! We are now conscious in these travels! Be wise and know everything you do may effect you... is all I am saying. I have certain experiences that may help other explore... but whats the goal... TRUTH? I hope so!

I guess what I am saying is i had past training to help me now! You may have too... if you look!

I use to write computer code for programming software. I would get stuck and couldn't get past a "wall" to get it to work.... here is the insight that never failed me!

I would get relaxed at night... (sometimes wake up and do this in middle of the night) and take the programming code and read it from top to bottom.... over 1000 pages... IN MY MIND! what blew me away was it was easier to see it in this state at sleep time than in the natural! I would see it... sometimes 2 or 3 nights later! but see the error that caused the software to lock! and fixed it!

has anyone had an issue and slept that night and went thru every scenario trying to find a solution? this was my job! I was the fixer. You are using your visualization skills! the same needed in the Sticky above! Could be hearing! could be eyes! find ur nitch and use it to phase! i used this training in the past to phase now... i was easy for me to get in this state due to past training! Most times... many may disagree.... your mind will train you for your future!!!!!!!!!!!! look at ur past.... it might have already prepared you for phasing! just saying! and a quick random thought on reading the stickies above!

Phase made hard!... (not in Book and should not be!!!!!!!!!!! but needed info) Staying there! HOW TO TRAIN YOUR MIND to stay in phase before slipping back to body or LD! trust me it will happen faster than anyone likes at first! There is many factors as Ryan has stated in numerous posts... FEAR is a killer! Over excitement is a killer! Lack of sleep could cause an in and out phase results multiple times a night driving you crazy (dont know why for sure! I THINK OF IT AS A BATTERY THAT'S NOT FULLY CHARGED still looking into this but over sleep seems best!)!  Info in one nice package and straight forward like the primer PDF for those who have had an exit and want to get better results and more consistency on entering the Phase. I am rolling thru books finding the common factors to produce consistency in phasing, I have another 30 books too zoom thru... I will share my results!!!!!!! but a simplistic approach as Ryan has done with the Primer Stage WOULD BE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! does anyone else need info on this? or just me?  


I had to modify this thought and reiterate... a Primer is just that!!!!!! it primes you to start your phase engine per se' !!!!!!!!!!!! for lift out! ITS PERFECT Ryan! It will do just that! You will phase with practice on what is written. Staying out.... GOOD LUCK!

IMHO... the problem i was having is overloading! one book was 300 pages, I speed read... so I get the info faster than most but I have to get thru the GARBAGE to find the nuggets! Yours is straight forward... NUGGET AFTER NUGGET! You know I was still trying to fill in the gaps and was checking out CHakras... BLA BLA BLA! really for the newcomer in phasing... ITS PERFECT AND GREAT STUFF!
Just write an Advanced phasing next... or intermediate phasing... dont add to this! There is enough information here to get newbies OFF THE GROUND! (wink wink!)
just one readers opinion! but read a lot of DAMN books! and still didnt have the simplicity and straight forwardness I needed! Humans complicate things! Dont over think a perfect work. 

WOW.... honestly read nearly 15 books on this art of phasing, gaining a little knowledge out of all of them to get something compact in my brain and heart about the process. What a great post!!!!! Wish I would have found this sooner! THIS IS WHAT I DID to get an exit! funny... still perfecting my exit.... but heard no sounds, no vibrations! I guess some do and some dont... I was just reading up on the Chakra and their purpose. My purpose is OBE and I read in one of my books... Now i will get the title after typing this where the colors of the chakra's matter also! I havnt tried this but here it is!!!!


Maintain the Simple Breath Meditation until you have reached a state of relaxed focus.

Visualize a glowing WHITE sphere of light an inch above the top of your head.

Visualize a WHITE shaft of light descending from the sphere. Bring this shaft of light down until it reaches a point just in front of the centre of your forehead (third eye).

Visualize a GREY sphere of energy in front of your third eye. This sphere should be situated half inside your forehead and half outside it.

Bring the WHITE shaft of light down to the centre of your throat.

Visualize a PURPLE sphere in front of, but not touching. the centre of your throat.

Bring the WHITE shaft of light down to the centre of your chest, over the heart.

Visualize a YELLOW or GOLDEN sphere in front of the centre of your chest.

Bring the WHITE shaft of light down to a position in front of your groin, approximately at the level where the root of your spine and tailbone meet.

Visualize a LAVENDER sphere in front of your groin.

Bring the WHITE shaft of light down to a position directly between your feet.

Visualize a sphere that is shimmering with the 7 COLOURS of a prism.

Hold this visualization. Let it become clear. Feel the energy and the way it moves in and out of your energy centres as you breathe.

Work with this meditation until you can maintain it for at least 30 minutes.

The reason the purple sphere should not touch your throat is that after a while the energy can cause muscle contractions in the throat that start to prompt a gag reflex.

Every person that works with this exercise will realize that they must instinctively make slight adjustments to the position of their spheres. They should be the colour indicated, and in the general location noted.

The exact positioning and colours of the Chakras are different than what you might consider the general standard. That is because it is for a very specific purpose, astral projection. These positions and colours are intended to aid that purpose.

Selea... I understand! if i am the MASTER of my life... I can be who I want to be the the Natural or Physical... Same applies to the Astral! what I create there (as long as I am the Controller) its just a reflection of me and my belief system... its a tricky realm i see! I wanted to see it in its natural form... but basically... its not really possible! Because its always shifting... not just from my faith... but other also that are connected to me! Am i understanding this right?

Creating or summoning a friend in the Phase may be good and dandy but:

1- You need to ask yourself what you need help with and...
2 - Why not just use the same intent that you have used in summoning a helper, to get what you want directly instead?

Be careful not to create a fantasy of your own where a friend shows you around the great unknown as this may gradually take you down a delusional path. Your own subconscious, believe it or not, has the power to concoct a convincing reality for you based on expectation, and, the more you accept it as the truth, the further you may wrap yourself in it.

I get a little riled when people start talking about getting in touch with their "oversouls", or spirit guides with the expectation of some sort of help or guidance. Why? Here's a possible (and very probable) scenario...

The minute they have this idea in mind, as incredible as it may seem, the subconscious has already manufactured all sorts of scenarios to be played out for you at your request once you enter the Phase. The course of Phase events that may then unfold will give you the illusion of unpredictability because you have already decided upon this unconsciously (as you will undoubtedly want to be convinced of its authenticity and avoid disappointment with the experience of a falsified storyline). You are, after all, asking to be shown the ropes in a conceptual world (the Astral Plane) which you already believe in without question, so it would make no sense in having that challenged (unless you can handle going cold turkey with a major paradigm shift ).

The guide will come and show you around some interesting worlds and you will see many amazing things where, in all fairness, could be a product of your imagination, which, unbeknownst to you, had already been created and stored in the great subconscious reservoir. You can think of it as a 'useful' file that has been saved for later. The purpose... you already know.

You don't have to be dictated upon by your own subconscious or hypothetically by a more "experienced traveller". Once you enter the Phase, do what you want and explore whatever environments you may encounter. My best advice for you is to have NO expectation. I have no friends in the Phase whatsoever (apart from my deceased 'is it really him' stepfather whom I see when I want if you catch my drift).

There is no map for such reality and there can never be one because, although it may emulate three dimensions, it is not three-dimensional. Just like in the physical world - where you don't need to have someone showing you around/telling you what you could/should do all the time - so be it the Phase state.

You never know who you can trust to show you around anywhere you go anyway. If you encounter people in our world who seem to be knowledgeable and the information they provide resonates with you...then take heed of it. Likewise, if an apparently sentient being is encountered in the Phase realms and offers you some advice - and intuition persuades you to go with it - then take it on board...but don't look for it as there is no need and NEVER EVER lose sight of other possible venues, angles and perspectives. Mistakes may be made but trial and error will only make you wiser.

You've got the power to do anything you like in the Phase. All you have to do is believe (be careful how you employ this). Have confidence in yourself and in the fact that your intent can yield results. Be determined to get what you want directly...don't run around the houses in a little car.

By the way, congrats on your progress. Perfect that exit!

I concur with the belief system....

As a child, I was the wart remover of the family. I would rub a piece of onion on the warts, loop a string around the warts and tie the string in a knot while letting the string slip off the tops of the warts. I would then bury the onion and string out of sight of the person with the warts. I did this because my grandmother said I "had the power". And nobody argued with my grandmother.

Well, if you believed that I could remove the wart, the wart would be gone within 1 week. If you didn't believe that I could remove the wart, the wart would be gone in 2-3 weeks. My belief and confidence instilled in me by my grandmother was enought to make up for the lack of belief in others I guess.

Dont really think its help i need!   just an explorer! you know someone who you travel with... I guess this a loner experience... i know i can call on guides... not really into that! would rather have another AP buddy like a human! hahahahaahaha! i will just do this on my own. I should record my progress its just everything is happening so fast... think I will visit a friend on the other side of the world next time... just need to have purpose before i exit! i think i will start a journal! i expected this progress to be harder...
