OK...now....I will try to help astral travellers....

my method is the weirdest.....

I create an art...then....the same night....I am in a Lucid Dream ...WITHIN THE SAME ART which I CREATED!!!!

and....btw....I have put my art (most of them) into my online gallery....so...may be u could also have astral projections into them!!!

your problem is somewhat shared by me too...
I get tension head ache...but I dont think that is due to OBE attempts

at 2 weeks of trying....u are getting vibes!!!that is actualy something very few people do!!!
and...u should get accustomed to the vibes.
dont get annoyed!they are thrilling dude! arent they!!!

SOme people say OBE=AP
some say OBE is an astral projection in to the same prealm where we lead our physical lives
and AP is projection to other realms

....all OBEs are APs....but not all APs are OBEs..confusnnG

may be....it could be a psychiatric problem...or also an entity...

so...may be...both ways of treatment should be given simultaneously?

The next time i experienced sleep paralysis, i could hear things like muffled movements from the next room although no one was there. I have also on previous occasions heard voices and someone saying my name very clearly

They are just visions and sounds from another realm of existance..it is easy to tune to other realms when in vibe state!

And...I am sure you will OBE in a short time

When I astrral project once, it takes me another 15 days approximately to do another AP,,,,the other 14 days, I try in vain...and...I couldnt tolerate it!!!
