Xanth, yeah for sure. However, a lot of these people who have mastered their mind and body have also had communion with higher entities, learning the tricks of the trade, higher knowledge, etc. I'm wondering if there's something you can do ... like, twist your chakras all in a certain way, displace an energy center, and invert a vortex on your big toe, and then you're out. heh
I mean, if there was, I'm sure it's very well kept and guarded by the masters. You never know. It would be a crazy world if anyone and everyone could AP with a simple technique. heh

I am interested in reading one of his books. Which book describes his out of body experiences?

I think he talks about it in both books I've ready, "Ipsissimus" and "Evoking Eternity" ... very good books. I highly recommend them.

I'm curious. I've been reading some EA Koetting books. In them, and in some of his interviews, he has described being able to "leave" his body at will. He's even mentioned leaving his body while driving so he can shoot ahead and look for cops so he can speed. Is anyone aware of these techniques and/or knows anyone who can do this?

Not to be a stick in the mud here, but this same question was posed to my Chi Gong instructor - and he said it's possible, but a bad idea. Money pooled for lottery and gambling purposed carries negative energy. Especially in Vegas hehe
But he did say, that if you did use intention and focus to alter a game of chance to give it away to charity. This will 'smudge' the negative energy attached to the money, and give you a hefty lot of good karma.
That's his take on it. I tend to trust much of what he says.

I've thought about this several times. Honestly, I'm not sure whether it's a good idea or a bad idea. I suppose, with proper spiritual training you can overcome the possible physical damages that would normally occur. I once watched a video called "Chi Guy", and this dude would stare at the sun to gather energy. The energy emitting from the video as I watched it was heavily out of control - borderline psychotic. I would think that sun gazing is something that should only be attempted after years and years of spiritual strengthening and training.
But really - I don't know. I would be interested in hearing more about it if you decide to really get into it.

I've found some solid energy work (half our to an hour) before meditation really boosts my experience.
Robert Bruce has some really powerful techniques in his Energy Work book - just be careful with em' they can cause weird side effects and be painful if you're not in a good mental state when you do them.

Wanted to know if anyone has any info on this particular entity.

About a year and a half ago I started meditating and working on OBE.
My first projection wasn't a lucid projection, so I don't fully count it.
I projected to an odd building where there were some entities in dark hoods meeting.
Scared me, so I immediately was called back to my body.
One of them followed me back - here's the description.
I opened my eyes and there was a large dark figure standing over me. It was humanoid, and dressed in a black tech-suite with a helmet. The suite was a flat black, full body, the gloves and boots didn't seem to have a connecting seam. It was a continuous suit. On the helmet, there was a mirrored visor. It seemed to be composed of some sort of spiritual technology as that I could see the reflection of myself according to how the entity saw me. The actual image was of me, absent mindedly eating popcorn. So it must have been a reflection of how he saw me according to imagery that I could understand. It was definitely creepy to see myself the way it saw me. However, the energy the entity was not creepy or dark, it was not threatening. It was more of a cold mechanical and calculative energy simply scanning and probing me. As if it was assessing whether or not I was a threat.
Anyway - if anyone has any info or thoughts, that would be great.
