Cool.. then is just me.

The problem is that after a while a feel like exhausted of keeping that push sensation for a long time and I fall.

Thanks!

I wonder if this happens to you while OBE or Lucid Dreaming...

Whenever I am on the floor and want to raise upwards to gain height and then start to fly I feel some kind of energy that pushes my body up by making pressure upwards in the sole of my feet.

Is it my mind tricking me to feel this as a justification of the reason why I float up?

The weird thing is that when this pressure dissappears I begin fo fall down to ground again

cheers everyone

Hi to all,

For the whole of the last week I noticed that as soon as I was reaching the sleep state I felt that someone or some spirit touched my feet.

This really scared me and made me jump on my bed a couple of nights and also in afternoon naps. One night however I woke up in a vibrational state and began to feel my subtle body separating from he physical.

At that point I felt hands reaching my feet and pulling me to help me out! I thanked this spirit for this but I felt that my head was stuck and would not let me totally separate. Then I woke up and realized why I had been feeling this hands grabbing my feet every time I went near sleep.

I must say that I keep asking my guides to help me out with astral projection and help me to achieve them at will.

For the past few days I haven't feel this hands any more

What do you think about this? can you shed some light about what I felt. I believe is not bad entity because I don't feel any fear when I was being pulled from feet to help me out of body.

I do thank my guides everyday and show my gratitude and I am pleased they are helping me out this way.

That's a nice experience thanks for sharing it. In deed it is recommended to attempt OBE early in the morning because you will be already in a very deep mind state.

Also having wake up and then returning to bed helped you to achieve this dual sensation which I have experienced my self a few times

I just wanted to add that I use ear plugs to so I don't here any noise at all. That really helps if you are in a noisy surrounding.

Hi Annilus, that exactly happens to me whenever I try to OBE. It seems like your brain is trying to figure whether your concious mind has actually gone to sleep.

By making you feel itches, cobweb sensations and others the brain can test you and find out if it should continue further down into trance and then sleep.

The key is to resist them, I have done it successfully and after resisting this urges a couple of minutes later I felt my body going into a light trance and began to loose conciussnes of my phsical body. That was excellent. The more a practiced this itches and cobweb sensations dissappeared but now I have the urge of swallow the excess of saliva while relaxing. This too is becaming less of a problem but I am still working on it.

Keep up the work you will see improvements every day like I did. Also please keep a open and espectator attitude when events like sounds, bangs, shouts and other astral sounds come alongn in your way to concious OBE or Astral Projection.

I really recommend Adrian Cooper book Our Ultimiate reality and Astral Dynamics from Robert  Bruce.

About Chakra energy limitations I have doubt.

Why then are we able to project unsconsciously every night? If there were energy limitations we couldn't project at night during sleep.
