I know what you are thinking. This is not a dbzish wave that you might be thinking. Anyways, yesterday I was focusing my awareness on my hands and then decided to channel that energy outside of my body. What  Idid was I felt the energy coming out of my hands and flowing through the air and into something. Then keep myawareness from my hands through the air and into the object. Well after I got done with that I was beginning ot get heavy breathing and my awareenss in my hands was getting more and more tingly which in the NEW said that the stronger your energy body is the lest tingly of a feeling you will get. So I was wondering if this was a placebo or if I was actually channeling my energy into something. Reply back soon!

Hi everybody! I have a few questions for you all. First off is, when RB spoke of the part after full body circuit in his NEW manual. Did he mean that if you can just focus on your hera and you can automatically feel it then you can go on? And if it is possible, is there a way to feel another person's spirit energy, and if so how?

Ok, I have a question about healing. Is it possible, and if so how do you heal using your energy?

Just to let you know I do know a bit about ki. Ki is the fundemental energy in all humans animals and plants. I know you should all know what the etheric body is. That's the energy body in which the ki flows through. The word "ki" is roughly translated into "spirit energy." Make what you will of that little introduction.

Yes, N.E.W. guide does give great results. I have been training from that guide for about one week, and I have seen outstanding results! I have a question though, on the full body circuit technique, does that increase your strength as well, like if you do pushups will you be able to do more or what?
