Hi, I hesitated to put this one in the dream section but the question in the topic title refers directly to negs attacks too.  So how do you feel pain when you dream?  for my part, I used to dream a lot when I was young that I was being tortured.  The pain itself felt like a very annoying tickling in the solar plexus.  thats the right word I think, it is really a feeling of tickling the soul, it feels very bad and it does represent very well pain in a dream.  What about you?  But that also leads to my main question, how does the negs attack are different from the pain you'd feel in a normal dream, are they using the same processes?  This night I felt it.  It was very hard to resist, felt like my soul would blown away but was still aware I was dreaming so I kept giving in and felt the torture but it didnt really stopped, I had to wake up.  I didnt felt more weak, drained or sad when I woke up.  Just the bad feeling of my soul being tickled by bad thoughts or something else...  i'd like some people to develop on that field of mental pain thanks a lot and pardon the english.  Veuillez m'excuser.  

Hi, just a question not regarding my own works but i'd like to know if you think it's possible for someone to die and then be doomed for eternity because of negs or even more powerful entities?  If it is the case.. would it means that people who aren't powerful enough to protect themselves would never find peace in eternity?  I find that thought quite disturbing and I prefer to think not...  What do you think people?

Yep!  Sorry for making a new topic out of it but I felt like sharing how I got rid of these damn negs.  First of all, I tried the technique of non-action and this is what worked better for me so far... (on the advice of someone here, thanks a lot, I owe u)..  So the whole point of cure is non-action.  You have to abandon yourself to the will of God, even be ready to die if this is what he wants...  I found out that he really can help you out when you are not trying to help yourself anymore.. it would be like im trying to open a relish bottle but too hard and then someone says: you need help?  I say yes but I keep trying myself... it can works.  God likes when we abandon ourselves to him.  You have to let him help you ,he's a kewl dude.. So the thing I did when I APed was to built no protection at all and let god do what is needed to do to make me feel better...  So I saw the neg comming; I just said:  okay but now if you wanna get me you'll have to get me in the hands of god... then he looked at me and said I dont believe you...  So I said, oh yea?  try and come (i know this is not a good thing to do)... but he didnt tried because he knew I wasnt lying...  So I hope it will help some people to get rid of their attackers...  I would even say, dont ask for guardian angels and stuff like that, be on the side of the strongest one... you can loose with god, man he's too cool.  hehehe I know it's a childhish way to resume it but well...  There is no need to be So-serious about it, he doesnt really care about that kind of respect... what he really cares about is the strength of your beliefs and once again, your total abandon to him (this is the most difficult part but very rewarding)... you'll feel safe with him on your side.  he made my day!  and it's so good to say again : Im freeeeeeeee!!!

I dont know if this is the right place to put that topic but i was wondering what kind of power does runes have and how people are working with them?  Is there anyone here who knows more than me about the topic?  I searched over the internet for informations but I have seen so many contradictory informations that im pretty sure much of the stuff I read was just new-age culture.

Hi people.  Yeah as I said in my title, it's been few months now since I can feel a little pressure on my brow chakra everyday.  I was really happy when I started to feel it because I thought it would bring me some extra wisdom in my life.  But so far the only thing it brings me is sh**, let me explain.  I lost 3 friends in the same amount of months (they're not dead, they just dont wanna see me anymore), since it happened and to be honest, I dont see what I did wrong, except maybe opening my third eye.  ive been thinking about suicide too but I fight really hard and I dont wanna give up.  I have also a lot of anger... and my question is related to that; does that anger feed some negative spirit out there?  is there a negative spirit that is responsible for all that or it's just my fault?  I dont feel my third eye as being a strong tool but as an easy target for them.  Wat should I do?  I want to feel peace and let that anger goes..  but it's a vicious circle in stucked in.  I just dont know where I failed.  They seems to know me much better than I do.

Maybe some of you knows that already but I found a great way to open all of my seven principals chakras, here it is: begin at the bottom with your first chakra and just sing in your head the note C for few seconds.  feel your chakra opening as the note is rising through your mind.  then move to the second chakra and sing a D.  etc...  until the crown chakra which the note is a B.  i found that method to be very simple and effective, you should try..  btw, about the snake sound we all hear before leaving our body, would that be logical if it was a B?  if it's a sound from the crown chakra, it must be a B.  then it may be a A if it is the third eye.  What do you think ?

Hi, maybe you saw me writing some questions about my works in the other forums but this one seems the right one for these very simple questions:  what are your tastes in the field of art?  Your favorite writers, bands, singers, painters, movie directors, well everything that come in your mind.  I would also like to know if you think that obe tends to wake an interest for art for any person practicing?  My questions are biaised because im a writer (french of course any other langage i'd be a very poor one hehe) and I dont think ive never read anything concerning arts and obe...  Oh by the way my fav bands are Coil and Joy Division..  I love Henry Miller's writing along with Dostoievski and gabriel garcia marquez (btw I highly suggest for everyone his book named "cent ans de solitude" in french which is probably translated as One hundred years of solitude in english)... it tells a lot about human nature, dreams and family in general.   and hmm, my fav movie director is definitly Polanski, because he never cheats you, he shows you anything from his point of view.  Bye bye I hope it wasnt too long feel free to share x

im lost and I need help.  Ive been practicing a lot and having good results so far but no complete obes except one that wasnt intented but ended up being a marvelous journey that changed my life. but now im having problems and I asked for help few times but I felt nothing and never experienced the slightest contact at all with something I would call a guide or an angel..  So I decided to question myself on my beliefs and my motivations in spirituality:  "maybe they are thinking im wrong, or not ready... maybe they think im evil"...  Ive been questionning myself about these things a lot but in the end I still think that the only purpose I wanna visit the astral world is to know myself better and visiting fantastic places...  i dont see whats evil in that.  My life in the physical world isnt much evil as long as violent video games arent banned by celestial laws.  Would it be too much to ask for help over here, maybe some people could help me to progress with my works.  my name is stephan and as you saw in my writing in totally french.  []

This title might seem curious but it seems its really the case... my last obe was a few months ago and I talked with my mother while I was outside my body.  I remember it as a very peaceful and funny experience.  we were both laughing and smiling and barely talking at all.  But then I felt like visiting some other places and it suddenly happened; I heard my mother screaming in pain;  noooo!  then I got back into my body...  At first, I thought it was nothing really, I decided to not worry about it.  But then I thought about it again and the sound of her voice sounded so alarming, like she was really trying to prevent me from some danger..  I didnt want to but I guess it frightened me and now im unable to obe again.  I used to make real good progress but since that encounter with my castrating mamma everything is f****up.  What do you think she tried to say?  I thought maybe she was just wanting me to stay with her longer... I dont know, maybe that wasnt so dramatic.  what do you think?

Hi, this is my first post on the forum though ive been checking other people's threads since few months now.  My question is about the symbol of fire because everytime I have a lucid dream, there is always fire in it.  I must say my house was never burned, I dont have any kind of paranoia about that also.  I dont see fire quite often in my real life as long as it could be a factor... so im wondering why the fire and nothing else... well, there may be something else and I was wondering (2nd question) if these people that I see in lucid dreams or dreams are negs?  they are usually just looking at me, with eyes of ice and full of very bad energy and they smile at me in a way so frightening that I can't describe the sheer terror I feel when I see these people...  those "nightmares" began when I was very young and usually took the shape of an old grand mother with terribly ugly skin and clothes buttons instead of the eyes, she had that smile also and those ackward movements when she was walking toward me.  now when I see them, I usually think about loading them with energy or light and the effect I get is very effective... I found out that light can't sometimes be enough powerful and the thing they seems to dislike the most is definitly earth energy...  One of my weapon is to think about a gigantic forest that surrounds me with all the noises, odors and powers that it holds..  they never follow me in these kind of places.   well, what do you think people?  there was a lot of question...  I should have split it!  btw forgive the english im french canadian

I think they are just making chemical weapons and s*** like that in area 51.  There is nothing mysterious about it, rather disgusting.

Well im happy that it worked for you that way..  but for me and for many people, we arent powerful enough to fight alone...  I felt much more vulnerable when I tried to protect myself than when I let God does the job for me.  Im not saying its the best solution but it is the one that worked for me in a such natural way that I felt like sharing it..  but still we have to be careful, when you abandon yourself, you have to TRUST god.  This is the key.  im not saying we dont have the weapons to do it ourselves and that we should not try to improve our psychic defenses ability but that we have to have a powerful allie on our side.. im sorry that it didnt worked for you.  I hope I wont lead any people to the worse.  this is not my intention.

wow well... first off, thanks for your reply dark knight.  I also read your topic about how you have been seriously involved with these entities; it helps me get a little more light but to answer your question about that anger; I think it comes from me but the heights it reaches sometimes makes me wonder if this is really myself talking here.  I feel more like something is using my anger.  Usually, I just throw it out by doing some intense sports and it does a great job but its been more and more difficult to keep the anger at a reasonable state.  I'll look for Robert Bruce's book about psychic defense but right now im out of cash, even for these primordial matters so i'll keep sneaking around here to read online articles and other topics in the forum.
 aleshah thanks for your words of empathy.  They are a very rare substance mixed with the solvent of pain...  Which might be freedom because understanding the nature of our pain and from there changing our view about suffering is probably where that freedom hides.  This is where buddha has touched the right point!  peace all

Uh I would like to add something in order to clarifie what im seeking for : These negative entities must be aware of something I dont know and that they really dont want me to know because I could use it as a valuable defense tool against their attacks.  What could it be?  earth energy?  well someone said giving them earth energy (sorry I already forgot your nick) is a bad thing.  im really lost someone must be wise enough to deal with these entities.  i think i misundertood many things about spirituality and developped my energy in a totally defenseless way.  But now, should I go back?  There is also a part of me that is telling me to try to know more about them.  Would it be dangerous to invite them getting closer to me?  I feel doomed!  :O

Well I read that somewhere and I tried and it works.  Earth energy is probably anything that can make them remember physical life.  Like thinking about a gigantic forest with all the sounds and odors and sending them that energy.  All the elements might works also.  I also read that it seems to work better with earth energy than love because we dont really know what is Love, the highest love and the one we should be using against these negative entity.  Well it might work for advanced ppl for sure but for beginners like me, it is sometimes difficult to just really feel it.  So earth energy is something we know much more and we can use that to our advantage.  Think of anything that gives you a strong earth feeling.  Once, i thought about a dunghill to protect myself and guess what, it worked fine.  

I used to see these crazy eyes you talk about and my friend too.  For him, that was mostly in his nightmare but for me, it happened during a deep trance state.  No they dont bother me anymore.  What I suggest is to look at them in the eyes and ask them what they want.  When I did that, they got no answer and just disappeared..  I hope it will be as easy as that for you.  You might want to give them "earth energy" too.  They dislike that you couldnt imagine how!

thats a very good idea.  But if you have problems finding a particular note, just think of a song that you know very well (songs from childhood) and that begin with a C for example..  Me, I use the Ode To Joy, the first note is a E but from here I can hit any notes I want..  I guess it comes better with a bit of practice.  The fact that you are a musician would surely help a lot.  I also saw in a book a technique that is also based on sounds: you just recreate a song that you know from beginning to the end until the music becomes visible through your closed eyes.  I was sceptical about this one but ive been surprised to see that aural stimulus works faster and better for me than visual ones.  it's up to people!

Like I said, I read a bit about personality and a mix like that is impossible.  I think the test isnt accurate.  it can gives you hints but well, do what you want with it.  There are important personality missing also like the passive agressive type which is a type 4% of men fits it, me included.  if you want to know more about your personality, then you should check the chapters about it in the DSM-IV.

Hi, let me add a point.  I studied psychology and it doesnt admit any kind of beliefs toward what we are all here about so it's quite normal that most of you get a high rating for schizotypal (not sure about the writing in english) because one of the most important point of character of that type is the "weird beliefs".  so let me tell you to take all of it with a grain of salt, it doesnt mean because we believe in these things that we fit in that type of personality more than in another.  These tests makes me wonder if it would be better to keep psychology away from the average people.  they tend to misbelieve many things about themselves when they read on personality.
