It seems that for the last two years when trying to meditate or Astral Project, I go into a full blown ayahuasca type experience. It begins with geometric type shapes with all types of colors, that form endless spirals. I completely lose sense of time and space and become part of a void type dimension. During some of my attempts at AP, I become so fuse within this type of reality. That when I become fully awake I have to wait about a minute for the sensation and visuals to go away. I have not met anyone yet that has experience this, so I'm not sure if this is a normal thing to feel. Should I fully immerse myself into one of these experiences, for fear of letting go has held me back.

This is a close illustration of one of those experiences.

I have been trying to astral project for about 2 years now, with many

As I come to understand this, I see that we are multidimensional beings. We have become to attached to the self and to time and space in this physical existence to comprehend the reality of things . Its not much that we go some were or live a double life, but we are already there and we are living that life right now. We are living every life we have had and will ever have and we are pretty much everything that will ever exist(Just like Xanth and Szaxx explain). Were only focus points looking at 1 grain of sand at a time in a beach(infinitely bigger off-course). This moment right now I am you and you are me, just that we are two different focus points. I love physical reality for it contains the "WHY"....were on higher dimensions it would just "Be".

Sometimes we must let go in order to truly find what we really need, meaning that we shouldn't obsess over a goal or give power to our expectations. But instead we should find every single moment as exciting as the next, even if that moment is mediating or relaxing for hours without actually obtaining a OBE. Appreciate the practice as much as you would appreciate the OBE, this in return will heighten your vibration to allow a deeper focus into your excitement.

There is a tree that only grows in parts of China That those the same thing as ayahuasca.

Welcome, thesilentmind

DMT is going to be a mind shattering experience that would leave you wondering on what just happen. It would give you answers pertaining towards your most inner subconscious thoughts, while letting you experience other aspects of yourself in alter dimensional realities. Your intent is in the right place and so because of this, you will be shown more shattering perceptions. That's what seems to coincide with my experience, from all my friends that took Ayahuasca. Your dreams will become heighten as well as your meditation sessions that occur few days after the DMT sessions. Keep having that urge for knowledge and truth and I promise the answers will show themselves, I get shocked a little when I find some of these answers still. But like Xanth said, it is really all inside you.

You are exactly right, everything is consciousness. I was shown this by a layer of eyes in all directions in everything that my eye's looked at, probably one of the freakiest things I have seen. I would even go on to say that the floor, the table, your laptop and so on is as much aware of you as you are of it. Just that its in a state of agreement of experience as what you said could be a dog, human, etc... When astral traveling all our intentions manifest in-front of us instantaneously, same goes with the physical. Accept that because its a physical experience we are always in the state of becoming and thus we are experiencing the change of our intent in a much slower pace. We are truly powerful beings to come here and place such limitations on ourselves. Its funny, we constantly tell ourselves that we all are spirits and that we all are one. But most times these thoughts become a funny thought to hold on to and never really become a integrated part of us. They just become cool philosophical ideas to think about once in a while.

I have the same reaction as well, after doing ayahuasca I cannot stop seeing geometric patterns every-time I meditate or try to AP. I looked into this and saw no one else having this kind of effects and so I thought I was the only one. It looks like your able to move away from the fractal patterns and into another state. It happens to me as well, accept that I get pulled into another dimensional state of being. I'll tell you something, you are doing what so many people out there don't believe could happen. You are proof that psychedelics are not necessary to reach these levels of consciousness. The fractal in my perspective resemble the construct of reality in a way that represents that everything is being created within us. Vibrational frequency's are what many of these fractals are and as you raise your vibration so do the patterns become more complex. Just like the frequency emitted from sound vibration, it becomes more complex the higher the frequency becomes. Allowing secret geometry patterns to appear;

Your experience with the spirit that was banging on you room to be quickly whisked away sounds familiar to mines. I was visited by my grandmother that passed away, I recognize that she was no longer living. I asked here how was she there, acknowledging to here and me that she was no longer alive in a physical sense. She just looked at me and some kind of guide stopped me from approaching here and next thing I know I'm waking up in my bed.

It's amazing what you guys are doing here. I would love it if you guys could post any material of future transcripts of what the spirits have conveyed.

Thank you, I'll be sure to read it. This would help me know more about the subject.
I completely agree with you Lionheart, I don't want to jump into any conclusions. But I once manifested shadows and they were not as near as detailed as these beings. I will keep meditating and see what else I get to experience. Thank you for your feedback.

So this was a little different then my past AP, the other night before going to sleep I got ready for my usual bed meditation. Everything seemed normal, except that when I drifted into more of my sleep phase I quickly jolted awake into what appear to me as a dark room. The room had a really bright light coming from the middle, right above from were I was laying. I was unable to move, it was as if I was stuck in a sort of sleep paralysis. I notice three big headed beings standing around me, staring down at me. They looked exactly like the gray's people commonly described, as I realize this I completely panicked. I tried my best to free myself, I even tough about AP out of there. Once they notice me panicking, they quickly walked away(never saying a word). Next thing I know I am back in my bed and by then it was morning.

I'm confounded on to what this could possibly mean, did I just had a very lucid experience. I'm not sure what to make of it...so I wanted to see what you guys think.

Did it look anything like this?

Quite literally, this person's ego is massive huge and I'd probably suggest staying away from them.  They want to feel super special... that's all.
Not to mention that the individual who runs that site is trying to make a profit... so they're going to tell you whatever it is they can in order to sell sell sell.
It's beyond apparent to me that they haven't a clue what they're talking about and are only interested in their pocketbook... with that said, it's entirely up to you waste your money.

I completely agree with Xanth, he has sale pitche's all around his website. He further raises up his ego by stating that hes a god, from mastering all his abilities. One thing I learn that those that master such techniques lose all attachments to self.(trying my hardest not to judge)

Try the technique if it works for you, I wouldn't suggest buying it. It is something as Xanth explain, has been previously shown and just slightly changed.

\ Always thinking, if only they knew... Do you guys ever encounter such instances?

I thought about this all trough work, How there is always a self-interest element in all the things we do. I wanted to dig deeper and find out my perspective in this, was I a selfish person and did not know it. I came to a conclusion, at least for me; It is true that there is and probably will always be some what of a self-interest element in all that we do. But trough my experience in AP and from some research I have done I came to realize that everything is planed and nothing is ever a coincidence. What ever we do here has been agreed upon in a completely different level by any participants participating in such events. We all chose to forget and play a game call life, we are all made and come from the same cloth. When we hurt others, we are just hurting ourselves and that goes too for the good things, yes we could act selfish and still do nice things. But throughout it all, that is the reason we are here for, to learn and grow. As I always say "The one is all and The all is one"

So any use of substances would impede the validity of the experience, compared to the sober mind? Someone who's an experienced APer, has a couple drinks/puffs, then successful projects. What's different between the sober AP (duration, recall, control...ect) compared to the AP accompanied by substances? Not saying get right blasted, just enough to feel the effects on the mind. What differs between the two?

I'm not talking about totally mind altering drugs, just the more common recreational ones.

Regarding your question, what a dream is a dose of DMT(Dimethyltrytamine) in your brain produce by your pineal gland. When any of us have an AP we produce more DMT then normally produce by your brain. Cannabis or Alcohol or any lower level drugs would enhance your effect. But not in a natural way, you will be more disorientated and unfocused. You might go in seeing the profound effects that any of these drugs do, you will most likely be shown that they are not required. You will be going to a place that the truth is absolute. I say try it and see how you feel, every body is diffrent, what works for some might not work for others. As far the validity, your the only one responsible to validate your reality, so in a way what ever you experince would have a purpose to you.

From some one that has been trough a single intense Astral and done [A]yahuasca(one of the strongest Psychedelics out there)I would have to say there are both in completely different levels. It literally is a whole entire life time of meditation condense into 4-8hours and could only be done by a strong and determined mind. My verdict is that I feel as if a sober mind definitely has more control while out of body, but don't get me wrong under [A]yahuasca I was completely ripped out of my body and shown what being a soul was all about. As I always say, these tools should never be abuse or disrespected. These are teachers and guides and shouldn't be used for daily or even monthly use...

I like how some one once put it on a book, this entities are called astral shells and are remnants of left over energy that entities as us have left over. These energy's are slowly deteriorating and take form of what ever energy they are consuming. The book continue on by saying that this is why they seem emotionless and quite. I like this idea and the one that others brought forward on the idea of these being creations by our consciousness, ultimately lets project and find out ourselves.

That sounds pretty trippy, Are you able to control when you go under this state?

I call it "the code" I believe i can see the codes the reptilians have set for the physical. One time, while in a state of trance, i randomly started speaking reptalian. I have no idea what i said, english wise. Oh the things i need to learn u_u

I some what believe the reptilian agenda from Alex collier(I know my friend dose), What do you mean by codes....like in the matrix?

I think that children do it more easily is because yea they have not been brainwash so much as adults but even more is because they are just coming from that world. There just becoming adjusted to the physical so they find it more easily being in the Astral then the physical, but I also think is because we as humans need to some what forget this other plain exist or have it not be our priority. Needing to focus on the physical and all its dangerous and challenges, so the physical world is priority in the time being.

Why, exactly, do you have this irrational fear?
Figure that out... stop being afraid... and it'll go away.
I was scared during that month I think because I keep watching Ghost Haunting Documentaries and Alien Abduction Stories.
I also think the shadows were created out of my fear, But since that experience I knew nothing can hurt me in a Spiritual kind of way.
But definitively there's nothing to fear.

About 5 years ago in a normal night I went to sleep as usual, the only thing is that during that month I had a strong fear of being visited or just seeing something scary in my room. So every-time I kept falling a sleep I jolted out from my sleep thinking that I wouldn't be able to tell if something was going to get me if I felt a sleep. But on the last night that I experience fear, something happen to me. As usual I was lying in my bed and was slowly falling a sleep when I quickly jolted myself awake, but this time it was completely different.

I had woken up to some kind of pitch black room with a bright lidded doorway,
In my mind all I hoped was for that door to stay open and the light coming trough was my only hope.

I started to see shadows, allot of them! in the walls. I started to panic but I was unable to
move. Only hoping that the light coming trough would stay the same.

The Shadows closed the door and I was unsure what was going to happen to me.
This was one of the greatest moments of fear I ever had.

I could not see anything, I felt this immense pressure that lifted me up. Like my skin
was being separated from my body with out the pain or two magnets being separated from each other(I illustrated with some light so it wouldn't just be a dark drawing).

I did not know what was going on but I felt different, I had this immense understanding of
everything and most peaceful felling. Most would say it might have been a dream but In my whole
entire life I had never had(even now) a emotion/felling quite like it. I looked at my hands and they were glowing blue, Like
was light itself.

At this moment I could take anything, I had no fears. Those shadow things came back and tried graving my hands. With a slight
push they quickly left as they came. I understand now that I had not need for the light because I was  always the light.

Has Any one experience anything Like this?

DMT a chemical that is release in your brain every night you go to sleep and has been reefer by many as the "spirit molecule".
Many people appose to using drugs as a resource in a spiritual manner, I don't judge them for thinking that way but to me we have been feed a whole lot of gunk by the media and others around us(I do appose heavy drugs that serve no purposes). I have been doing allot of research in this chemical and found that many people seem to escape to reality with a world full of shapes and creatures that seem to respond in a alien manner that show the explorer whatever they wish to be shown. As a dream the explorer is unable to retain the whole information wile returning to the physical body.
