Now my question was earlier was this....  Can you accept the possibility that for all the souls that wont/cant accept the basic changes needed Described in your website(love, compassion for others ect), and that said similarly in Zetatalk(same deal! different choice of words) - that maybe they will have to be placed on a different world all together?  Incarnated elsewhere?  because this transition to the next density cannot accept ones who still like war, chaos, control, hate....

Well if you look at the strikingly similar facts from Rastus claims(website too) and all the massive amounts of data on zetatalk.com, there kinda similar! lol

I think rastus glorifies alittle i think than it should be, as if everyone is going to be safe... but she is right when she says the old world cant live, the new world is the only way, from the source or suttin like that haha...

See what I'm trying to say is, in my experience so far in Astral Projection is that I always classed the term phasing as a exit technique to the higher astral dimentions/planes.... which is not something when you have not exited yet....

    Thanks alot for the info, I got lots of questions about these crystal still but I'm extremely tired, I'm just not used to seeing a forein object used in such a practice like energy development/healing ect.

Do you have any suggestions on what kind of crystal I would get? What does the size difference of a crystal do particularly? flow more vibration to the body?  

See if i could draw a picture for yea, it would be my problem trying to understand this crystal that is over you, and is somehow magnifying vibration from either your body or outside sources, lol boggles me, just when I think I know it all this comes up, (im sure theres more to follow)

1) do you consider yourself a novice?

2) Are you fairly confident with yourself in the RTZ?

3) what steps are you taking to deeply relax your body?

4) Are you attempting to 'phase' to the upper planes?

When i first started, I found myself wanting to phase right into the action lol.  But i found myself hitting a wall - I had to train myself to get somewhere up there.  I had to learn how to control myself once I'm out, adjust and accept the feelings and sensations that came with Astral Projection.  

It took awhile for me to learn the Crazy amount of concentration and control that was needed to phase somewhere higher.

I guess I'm confused on what your concern is except relaxation is ridiculously crucial.

There are limitless amounts of advice and ways to relax yourself it seems!  
What I do before I attempt a OBE is I take a hot shower, and stretch every single part of my body! I try to make sure sure mental chatter is non existent, and breathing is in rhythm

This is really interesting, I spend most of my thoughts each day thinking about this but not in such context read in here.  I spend loads of time researching all different kinds of theories on this 2012 just like Gandalf did... I even posted crap, i was insane about learning it...

2012 I believe, But I also believe even though you may not of felt something on the 12th, it doesnt matter because everyone starts their Ascension/transition process on there own ways, there own experiences, and on there own time (i believe it depends on what your soul can handle to learn/accept)..

I do believe with Gandalf that there is alot of stuff around that can sway you away from some fractions of truth. . . When i started with Zetatalk.com, here, and couple books, I was overloaded with contradictions, theories, and the evidence with this crap i had to stop and not think about it nomore and just live my life happily and how I want to, instead of constantly thinking of such a event, I accept it, waiting for this time to come. But until then, I live my life for the Service to others or another term for it, the 'New World', god theres dozen others that mean the same thing lol.

Just like 'new world' 'old world' STO and STS, we as now are of the old(STS), and in order to transition yourself you must accept and move to the 'new'(STO) in order to complete Ascenstion right???

    I was wandering if there is anyone who can try to explain just how crystals have such a effect on peoples bodies.  What I am trying to understand is - with all these different kinda of crystals, 13 that i know of now, how do these various kinds of material objects effect us, spiritually, mentally, and physically?

Also, I would like to hear from anyone that might use them also lol.

You must look at different situations...

For example in the workforce, if you are surrounded by a couple negative acting people, you cannot just quit your career to get away from them... in fact, you should never run from a problem!!

You face the problem, and find a answer, a solution...
a psionic technique for anyone that might have empathetic troubles with a negative person could create a shield of golden mirrorish silver color, and  tell yourself that this shield WILL (command it) block any negative emotions from other people, only positive energies can pass through this shield.. be descriptive but not too long.... keep it short, but to the point

Two things.... Take care of yourself physically with proper diet's and Exercise

Keep your mind Active at all times, so once and a while do something different with yourself, organize your room, go on a trip, go meet new people, etc.

Its funny watching my dog sometimes when I'm in the RTZ, she is literally chilling with her tongue  just looking around while right next to her is her pyhsical body, passed out lol...

one I suggest you get for starters is 'Mastering Astral Projection' by Robert Bruce and the other guy....  and you will learn basic knowledge on what your doing...  Also don't hesitate to ask question here though...  there's a lot of good information on this website btw... just do a quick search on here..

its one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen...  So f!ing weird because of its realism!!!  It is something you do not wanna just try and go to... but learn, get experienced because, your first visit will be the visit that sticks out to you...  

You want to be able to feel the sand on your feet, feel the warmpth of the unusual tropical weather(and its cold here!!!).. its amazing if you ever been to a ocean coastline and see this place... the water keeps going and going!! you see people walking in the distance, talking to one another, most likely traveling astral life, coming to see our creation!

Yea I remember when i was little I would have them all the time.

yea, it doesnt sound credible that there would be Astral police, it sounds Way to down to earth when our guides are the ones who look after us and make sure we dont go on to wander aimlessly, go on some place without permission, or without the maturity.

Of course i think it just sounds obvious they dress themselves as a police officer if they know its not the right time for that person to see them.  

I cant see Astral police after the whoel year of finding them, because i see them as what they really look like, because there my own guides, i see my guides as they are.. i think that might be why i dont see them

Do not get Astral Dynamics, that book was Very good, but at the same time, has its flaws.

what you need is Robert Bruce and the other guy's new title: 'Mastering Astral Projection" - a 90 day program guide

With this book, these guys tell you EVERYTHING you need to know ONE step at a time, because I know you already by the fell of yea that you have the tendacy to skip things or learn quickly and miss things.... i was just like this. dont read from the internet, dont read from here.... only gether oppinions here, and use them if you already are properly trained with the fundamentals.... youll learn what i meen with the book...

Go to your local Barns N Nobles, (its where i got it) and get the book, or order it right online here... doesnt matter but, it is soo time killing to do it the way you have been, when there is a perfect book out for you right now....

    Here is my far fetched theory on the astral police, I have been almost freakish on trying to uncover this long thought question of 'is there really astral police?'...  I have read some accounts with people asking if there was a astral police....   Here is my view...

First of all, for my logical side of thinking people who have a self-described Dream instead of a fully consciously remembered OBE, and try to say they had some 'dream police' in there dream, or police came to save you from some negative entities, thats just not enough credible evidence

 I believe by universal law of life, there are barriers and boundarties that you just arnt allowed to cross sometimes... and depending on the situation, because of the act of Free will, and the personal intentions of what you willingly do - you can do the right thing and do the wrong thing... But at the same time in another situation, if your just not mature enough to aAccept something because of the possibility of not being able to handle it - that there might be some kinds of BLOCKS in life that prevent you from doing it till you perceive the situation and learn what you must learn before you go on...  The astral police is kind of like two different things to me, (bare with me), 1st - i believe people believe sometimes that there might be a possibility of some kind of police order in the astral realms because of the sudden blocks in particular situations that may arise like the two i described above.  2nd - I believe in situations where people have had a full blown OBE, and had a situation, ranging from not being able to enter the Higher Astral planes.. or not even being able too enter the planes,  something else could be maybe a neg trying to get you and alsudden these 'astral police; come in and save the day -  well i believe liek i said, things are meant to be shown to you when your ready, your able to do things once you learned enough....

i believe that if people see these astral police, im not saying there not real,(i dont see them), but if they do,they are there when a person is trying to acheive something before he is able to achieve it, for example, advance projectors sometimes have the ability to project in worlds that have been litterally thought up by novel, video game, movie, folk lore Ect...  I have been to a couple thought-base worlds, (or not humanly thought up at all lol hah) and if your not capable of preparing yourself for such a visit, there is some un seen force that prevents you form doing so.. another thing would be;

it might possibly be the individual's guide manipulating a image that is more comfortable and accepting to that individual when a more obvious situation has arisen and they need to be seen.... so basicly, when that persons guide has to show themselves to that person, i believe for the sake of not harming the person's psyche towards the experience, they mask themselves as some kind of police figure, because thats what we can socially accept with ease!!!

    I have a couple books here, one from a particularly well known individual by the name of Joseph McMoneagle.  He wrote the book, "Remote Viewing Secrets - A Handbook.  Joseph learned remote viewing in the U.S Army - he was Remote Viewer #001 in the Army's Stargate program - and was awarded the Legion of Merit for his contribution to various intelligence operations.  

 Another book I got for the more Logical thought people like myself is from a woman named, Serena Roney - Dougal.  She wrote, "Where Science and Magic meet - exploring our psychic Birthright"  .  Serena has spent the last couple decades exploring this one side of undiscovered science like the men who try too much disproving things, instead of doing what she has done to uncover the secrets.  she got her PhD in Psychology , she has done some twenty years' study and experience in scientific, magical, and spiritual explorations of the psyche. she has done workshops, seminars, taught courses, all around the US. and Great britian and most of Europes Famous Newpaper companies has written Numerous articles about her..

Look these two books up for a scientific view of things... Serenas book is not for a person who would have a hard time understanding long thought up equations would have a difficult time understand what she explains.
