Hi for the past two weeks I have felt uneasy in my room. Ive heard my name seen things and felt someone touching my arm. I have dealt with the paranormal before but i cant sleep and the first night I felt its presence I went downstairs and when I tried to go up again I couldnt. My body just wouldnt go up the stairs like a wall was in my way i had to get someone else who lives here with the same experiences as me to go up with me. Tonight after nothing for a few days its keeping me from sleeping. I dont like the energy its putting off and ive tried many diffrent things including being kind and trying to help it pass on. As well as be aggresive and tell it to leave me alone nothings working. can anyone help?
