Hello, i am new to the subject of obe's, i have however been studying lucid dreams and i had my first controlled, long duration dream yesterday, i want now to progress from these dreams to astral projection and then to hopefully an out of body experience, i have become disillusioned with the ways of explaining life and i wish to find the answers myself, i hope to know any good methods of acheiving these states of conciousness,

Hi, i am a new member, just joined today after i found this site, its very informative and there is a great variety of subjects to choose from. I have been interested in lucid dreaming for a while now and while i have hade some lucid dreams, i have never come across a worthwhile method that works everytime, i seem to get most of them when i wake in the morning. It would be great if you guys could help.
