Just curious, I managed to do my 1st conscious OBE last night and to my surprise when I looked at my arms and legs they didn't even look humanoid at all.  Rather they looked like strands of sparkling silver all intertwined and wound to form my arms, hands, legs, and toes.

It's kind of like the below image but even more intertwined fibers:



So... just  curious, have any of you looked at your arms and legs and what do you see?

I used this technique to find a book that I couldn't find anywhere.

Yes, in that book the author experienced what you are having;  he would act out sexual fantasies and the true issue was that for him, he had issues with not feeling worthy of love.

I recommend buying this book and read the section "Healing Addictions"   But for the sake of thoroughness I would advise to read the whole book so you can get the full breadth of knowledge.

The technique for removing all those nagging thoughts is described in detail, this worked great for me, except my issue was seeking need for approval.  I had to work on making affirmations every day "I release my need for approval"  and it took a few days but all good now!

I was born deaf, (80-90 decibel loss each ear) and have to wear hearing aids.  So after looking into the paranormal and healing what do I have to lose?

Anyway, I try this idea out by asking for healing energies to help restore my hearing and almost right away I can feel like a circular rubbing motion inside my ears.  It's pretty freaky it's as if someone is INSIDE my head rubbing fingers in my ears.  Has anyone had a similar experience or would like to share comments?
