Had an experience I can't quite decipher. Meditating to gain OBE. no robs yet. Left body remained in real time world. Met with friend and (no, no sex). But it was a nice catch up. No words needed to communicate. Seemed very close personal contact. Overwhelming feelings. Basically I didn't expect to meet an actual person I knew, in their house. Dont know if they were astral or not. Went to their bedroom, hopped into their bed and basically hugged?
What is going on? Retirned and went and had a nap, awoke 1 hr later feeling so energised I can't recall feeling so good for ages.
