does age effect the chance of astral projection? Im 14 and im just curious if as i get older it will become much easier.

Hello Everyone. I am a complete newbie to A.P,Lucid Dreaming, Etc. I need advice. I have tried using many methods of projection like binary beats and some techniques. I just need more techniques of achieve this awesome thing.
