I would be interested, and I'm sure most people would enjoy, in knowing about everyones "energetic" experiences.  What I mean is:  When you come to this post, if you feel the desire, please post a brief response with three answers, each short (10-15 words) describing the three greatest benefits of having a refined energy body, or one that you are working and strengthening every day by working on secondary and primary centers.
Mine:
1) Seem to have a clearer mind.
2) Appear to have more mental and physical energy (memory and learning)
3) Some psychic abilities slowly becoming apparent (sight, pre-cog, intuition)

Feel free to add to the list so we may all learn from each other what is common and what is unique in our experiences with our energies and this universe we live in..

[Has anyone in this forum traveled "back" or "forward" in time and what could they relate? Has anyone met their "other" incarnations in another time stream?]

Most anyone who delves into metaphysics comes to a point where they must accept the non'linear reality of what we term "time" and include concepts like "deja-vu" and "synchronicity".  If all time is, in theory and practice, related in a giant "now" then perhaps astral projectors should be reporting more time related experiences; i don't see this as the case though, which leads me to a question.
Has anyone in this forum traveled "back" or "forward" in time and what could they relate?  
Has anyone met their "other" incarnations in another time stream?

In Robert Monroe's trilogy about his experiences "out of body" he describes instances where he meets with a group of personalities he calls his Executive Commitee (EXCOM) and that they are, in fact, him in different incarnations.  He speaks of reaching and meeting, talking and arguing with his "higher self" or "I-There".  
Has anyone here "met" their "higher self" in a similar and obvious manner as Monroe?  And is anyone familiar with the ideas of "simultaneous" and "sequential" incarnations of the above mentioned "higher self"?
Please post any pertinent observations.

["Matrix V: Gold Edition"]

Has anyone read the book "Matrix V: Gold Edition" by Val Valerian and another author?  In it the "author" describes a visualization using "gold" light and he claims that in reality "gold" light is the most protective of all the lights.
Anyone in this forum used "gold" light before, and what were the results?And, any comments on Matrix V or Val Valerian?  These would be most helpful and interesting for analysis.

1)Ability to concentrate and focus at times..to keep a goal and mentally be able to adjust as necessary.
2)Remembering vividly..instead of groggily or not at all.
3)Relaxing and forgetting the body.

"Already spanned the universe"...?? That's hard to believe, ha!
If that's boring just span the universe in another time...like 10 minutes from "now" or 2,000 years ago...the universe looked different then and will look different later...so every new second brings a new universe to "span"...there are no let downs, because the universe doesn't "let up"!
Now, truthfully...has anybody met their "other" higher self incarnations in different time streams and remembered this?  Or does anyone know anybody that has?

Yes, not the least of which is that the word "superconsciousnesses" is not an actual word.  The plural and singlular are both "superconsciousness".

No,no my friends.
There is an error in concept here.  What you all term dimensions and the manner you are reffering to them in; this is commonly understood as "densities", being hierarchial and perpendicular to each other in nature.  "Dimensions" are parallel and on the same density level.  For example a "parallel" dimension showing the Nazi's winning WWII and the effects on third "density".  
Someone on this list was of the opinion that there is too much terminology in the metaphysical/mystical field.  Perhaps the real problem is a misunderstanding of the terminology in the first place.
Of course these are only my observations and understandings, perhaps some will concur with them and glean a small amount of understanding.

To clarify the "gold light" phenomenon and the dynamics behind it:  The author, who claims to be shaman trained, states that white light is accepted as the "most" protective by what we term "lightsiders" and "love and lighters", and that this is not quite effective.  In fact white light actually draws negative polarities and entities to the user because it is most readily seen and apprehended in the different densities.  He states that, in essence, the "lightsider" phenomenon is built on some fallacious arguements and assumptions and is in fact a manipulative and controlling mindset that was installed by "sequential" incarnates to allow greater tampering with the spirit and energy body proper.
"Gold Light" on the other hand is an effective "negative" polarity blocker and shield-that "negative" entities are not drawn to a user of "gold light" and if they are, the light protects the person nonetheless.
If this is true, it is very important for energy body protection, and mind protection; in fact it reveals deeper agendas and truths that the novice is unlikely to initially look for, thereby being led astray from the get-go.  As above, any comments would be readily appreciated-we can all learn from each others observations.
