Lately ive been feeling their presence around me, not only one tho, its like ten of them, they r like constantly surrounding me and i think their sapping my energy, this bites, anyone got any advice 4 me? im realy getting ticked off by them![!]

I got rid of one of mine for a few weeks, then it kept attackin me, dont try to get rid of them if they already want 2 cause you harm, it broke my wrist: it threw my bookbag at me, knocked me down the stairs, and my bookbag fell on me---- tada! my wrist was broken

i have like 3 negs in my area, all i think were farmers, ive ticked them off ALOT, so now they keep gettin in my mind, any advice?

I have done it accedentally done it once, i was medetating in my room and after i finished, i  glanced at my cell phone, then for no appparent reason, i got really angry at it. i remeber thinking "Die you stupid thin, die!"(i get angry  at inadiment objects) and it just flies across the room and hits a wall...

Hi Nicole! Ok well i think they r necessary, ive sort of "met" a few negs lately, its like they follow me around. how r u supposed to get rid of them??? its been sucking myu energy alot tho. ive attacked one accidentally, i got out of my body somehow (i didnt know how to at the time)gtg l8r
