Hello everyone!

I wanted to know what are the differences between an OBE and AP...

the differences I know:

when out on AP you get to the Astral plane, while on OBE you get to the phisical plane. you can get through OBE to other planes.

when on OBE you are actually "invisible" and can see\hear things in the phisical pane, while the Astral plane is different from the phisical, and you cannot see/hear things from the phisical.

when AP you are less clear and have more chance to fall into the "Alice effect", while on the OBE you are more clear, and less chances for that to happen.

correct me if im wrong at any of this.
and if anyone knows any more differences, please note them here.

I guess the RTZ is actually the etheric plane? because it is closer to
the phisical plane.

I read a few books, and didn't saw the turm "RTZ" at any of those...

The reason I believe in that theory:
the soul doesn't need to get inside an unborn body.
what will she do in there? sit around and wait to be born?

the soul does not enters the body of the baby untill he is born.
not that there is a proof... [xx(]
