Most definitely OOB...  All the sensations described in Astral Dynamics were present and I've never felt them that strongly before.

A while ago I was practicing "New Energy Ways" and I did the body awareness for about 45min moving energy around. I went to bed and became aware that I was in the middle of being OOB. I was made aware because I was having a dream of being caressed by a naked person. Once I was conscious that I was OOB I got freaked out thinking it was a succubus. I then heard a vacuum swoosh like water being sucked up thru a straw I felt a weird sensation in my stomach seeming right below my solarplexus. I thought it was going inside of me. I heard buzzing and a low quick thumping at my solar plexus. After the buzzing died down, I thought it over and decided it could have just been my astral double and we saw one another and I got freaked out... However, I did not recognize it as myself at the time.  Anyone have any ideas what this was?

I had a really weird experience last night. I was going to sleep and felt a heavy sensation and thought it might be the onslaught of an OBE... I have not ever felt, that I can remember, the actual leaving the body whirring and buzzing energy stuff. I went to sleep? Later, about 2hours later, I remember having a dream(?) where I was conversing with a man, seemed older than myself, I do not remember much of anything except all at once I felt an almost uncontrollable sexual desire. I began, sort of, allowing the form to caress me and I caressed it.. (weird)... but then I became more conscious of what  was doing and thought this might be an entity of some sort. I thougth it was connected to my arm?? I told it to leave, it was not welcome... I then felt like this thing was going deep inside my chest and I felt a weight and a nauseating feeling in my solarplexus... after this for a few minutes I felt a whirring/buzzing felling that was a  lot like my stomach growling continuously. Was this an entity contact or OBE or both???
