QuoteI am truly enjoying my life, and that's why I don't need Nirvana.

That's the spirit!

The wheel spins because of the warmth of your hand (TK yes, no? I don't know. Maybe you can call it TK. Yes, why not)
The white thingy around everything is an after image or an aura, or whatever...who cares anyway? Just live and ejoy the moment.

Quoteim seriously thinking about quitting this site and moving on.
Don't do things just to be "cool" or "spiritual". Just do what makes your SOUL happy. Nirvana will come...when it's time...

QuoteSatanists at all
Satanists don't exist. Nor this moment does. Death metal is not satan. Who cares? Nothing is here.

There you have it.

All the time. On current moment.

About telekinesis. Put cups of hot water around the paper wheel and it will rotate the same way. East explanation. Does that mean it's not a TK anymore, ff it's proven? Well...judge yourself.

Levitation - touchy topic. Chris Angel levitated...sort of. He made other people levitate, too. But some russian found out how Copperfield made things levitate. He had ropes of the size of a nanomilimeter or something, each rope could hold 19 kg and he had many ropes around him, so...

Thank you. Actually my mother asked to find me a third eye mantra for her, so she can see cool things. I told her that she shouldn't trust mantras and that kind of stuff, because everything can be achieved by the human itself. Well...she didn't listen. Anyway, I think she didn't understand how to do that Thoh mantra (whatever it is), if she still thinks she must do it...well, it's her fault. I myself also worked quite hard on trying to open that chakra. Worked on other chakras, too, but I didn't use any mantras except Om Mani Padme Hum and not because I want it to help me achieve something, but because it just sounds nice and relaxing if you sing it in your mind in a nice melody. And...I didn't actually start to see colorful auras or something. I tried to astral travel, but didn't achieve anything "great", some lucid dreams - that's all...but I understood that if it must, it will come and understood more about myself, I understood what I have been looking for...more or less...I have to look for my heart and not do things just for my ego, so I could say to everyone "Look, I see auras! Look I can move things! Look I can fly! Bla bla bla..." I do what I want to do, what I feel I should do...

Life is interesting, isn't it?

Quote from: CaCoDeMoNDon't do it!!! I am nearly sure that it will set Thoth as your spiritual guide...

Is that a bad thing?

Can you please tell me some good and safe mantras for third eye chakra opening?
Thank you.

Well, I got interested in all this a long time ago, but I never knew what exactly you have to do to get out of your body. Maybe someone could give me some hints and links to general information about what it actually is and how can you do that. I guess it both fantasy and reality, you can be everywhere and even in such places that exist only in your fantasy...well, I am not sure, that's why I turned here.

I have had only some lucid dreams in my life at random times. But I never planned of seeing them, I just realized that I'm dreaming and started running the walls and doing that kind of unuseful stuff. Now I would like to find out more about lucid dreaming, because I believe there are a lot of things you can achieve through this state (except silly humping over the rooftops). Can somebody write down some methods, which would help me practice lucid dreaming?

Hello everyone!

I started to train seeing auras recently and I am not quite sure what is it what I see. I was looking at my hand with relaxed mind and trying not to focus but to concentrate just as it was said in the training section. Now after some time I started to see a thin, dark blue line, at first I thought it might be aura, but then I closed my eyes and saw an after image of my hand in the same color as the line. I think that what I saw was really an after image because when I moved the hand it moved along but it I believe it was because I moved my eyes to the hand all the time and the blue siluet was not moving in the same speed as my hand but bouncing as I moved my eyes. When training on objects, I also see these after images when I close my eyes or when I move them a little from the objects I was focusing on. Maybe I got that yellow siluet of the blue book because it is just an after image not an aura? Or is it both and aura and an after image?

I am a newbie in these forums so don't be too angry if I have posted this thread in the wrong section :)

Thank you.

Phew! After 3 hours of reading I have finally read it all! Now, I browse these forums from time to time and usually I read about OBEs. I myself am a noobie in all this (meditation, metaphysics, OBE, AP...), I started with meditation and that's what I am doing right now. I have always wanted to AP, and try it (a little) each evening, so far I got only some 3 lucid dreams, which were pale and too realistic (I couldn't punch through walls and fly, I dunno why, but I knew it was a dream). From now on, I will train AP a lot more often, because I just want to feel it! I usually try The Triangle method and hear that sound, but no projection [}:)] I know I should not be in a hurry and everything has it's time, but anyway, I will do the following things:
1) Make that beautiful island my wallpaper.
2) Think about most of the time, so maybe I see it in a dream.
3) Read that AP manual by Bruce.

Yeah, well, wait me there! I am really a noobie, so maybe someone could give me a hand with those AP (help me get more into it, leave my body, you know [:)])

The same with me! I've been trying this for some 4 days or so. I have no fears but still when I start to feel my astral body I try to get it seperated with different techniques, but it just doesn't want to leave. When I get very, very close, my eyes start to open and I must concentrate on closing them, which is hard because they just want to open themselves. I am relaxed or at least I think so, but when I get too relaxed and don't think about anything many thoughts start to run around my mind. Maybe I should try a different approach? What do you think about this problem?

Thanks!

I'm interested in this, too. Can somebody point me some links with more detailed information?

Nice, I did it. It was the second dream this night, because I know I had 3. Anyway, here are the main parts:
I understood that I was dreaming when I was in a strange place, some 2 quarters of town made from strange static blocks + heavy raining + only me. I crouched on the ground and sit next to the wall of the house. I tried to brake the wall (the strange block house thingie which was only a static with grey tecture) just to see how powerful I can be in dreams, but I didn't feel that I could do it, I felt just as in my life, I didn't feel that I could fly or something. I really felt like I was in my bedroom crouching on the floor (but I wasn't) only seeing another picture. Then I thought: "Maybe I should run in the far?" But it felt so real that I though "I'll just run off my bed in the real life and God knows what will happen". So I didn't do anything so active this time, I just knew I was dreaming and I know that when I woke up I was peacefully lying in my bed, so I never crouched on the ground or something. I know that then I opened my eyes for a bit (in life) and then closed them after and was in the same situation, I looked at my hands just to be sure I am in a dream (and it worked) and I don't remember what happened later. Nothing much, I guess. Anyway, I am still curious, why I had this feeling that everything is so real that I can't even do anything what I couldn't do in my real life.

PS
This was my first planned lucid dream by the way.

I would like to try this, however I am afraid that this method might do also some negative things, if not to me, then on other people who surround me. Why? Because I saw that page and I don't know if the methods they write there are *good*. So can anyone who has tried this method and succeeded, can tell me if it has that kind of negative side effects? Because I know that a very good time ago (10 years) there was some kind of mantra published in the newspaper and people really didn't know that it can do harm and practiced it. In the next newspaper it was said, that you shouldn't do that, because many people had got mad and crazy. My granny tried that mantra and after some 2 days she started seeing some beautiful colorful, fast running images when doing that mantra. She got scared and stopped doing it and hid the newspaper, I only know it was something like "Dibibi dibebe...".

Oh, and how long exactly you have to practice that THOE? It is said "It is very important the above exercise be done for 3 consecutive days, 24 hours apart." That means 24 hours a day or what?

Welcome to Dreams! / Worst Nightmares, Anybody?
March 11, 2004, 09:21:20
Once I was running away from some drug dealers, who wanted to stab me with that needle. I knew I would become dependent on drugs so I run away. I realized it was a dream, but it seemed so scary to me and I was afraid that it can have also some physical impact not only mental, so I jumped from the second floor to wake up...I didn't wake up. Then I ran to the 4th floor and jumped down and then I woke up. It has happened many times that I start to fall from a tree, house, something and wake up...I guess that's not good.

I was afraid of the physical impact because once I dreamed that somebody hit me hard in my nuts and I woke up and I felt a strong pain in that region. From that time I am afraid of being physically effected in my dreams...strange...

Also, I believe the worst thing is when I fall on the street and I am too weak to get up and I see that there are cars in the distance. And I am very afraid not to be driven down, because I can't get up. Or another thing - someone attacks me and I can't fight back. I even think where and how I am going to hit the enemy but my hands and legs are heavy, my attacks are super slow and I can't physically do anything, even if my mind tells me I can.

These are the worst dreams I have had. Can anybody explain them?

Tombodenmann, I tried telling myself that I will se a lucid dream for some time but I never succeeded. I guess, I just have to continue doing it with 100% belief.
#19
WOW! Thanks! I will try all of these methods!

PS
I have had a dream journal, but I have never written anything in it. Not because I don't remember, but because I was too lazy and didn't want anyone to read it :P

Thanks! I will certainly try your methods! If anyone has other methods it would be very good, if they could be posted here.

I remember that one day I read on PsiPog page how to do TK and I thought I can do it and practiced for about an hour until I made a spinwheel. It turned a few times from time to time, and I was very exited. Then I wanted to show my granny but when she watched it didn't almost move a bit. Then she said "Let me try!" and WHOA!! It turned like crazy. Then I tried again and it turned for me, too. My granny never practiced on such things but she could easily do this one. The day after none of us could do it, and after that and even now, when I tried, the wheel didn't spin. This skill wanished so quickly as it appeared. I don't know why it happened so, do you have any explanations?
#22
I concentrate on my third eye chackra, when I'm meditating, what other methods can you advice?
#23
So I didn't see an aura?

Focusing is when you look on one point very accuratly and try to keep focus, if you don't focus the image will start to blur or something.

Concentrating is when you thing about one thing all the time. When I try to see an aura, I try to concentrate on what I am doint and not to thing about anything else.

That's the difference, I guess...
