Welcome to Astral Chat! / Vibrating Chair?
February 29, 2004, 13:34:23
im pretty bored and when im bored i get these ideas, see? newest idea: vibrating chair helps with meditation and AP. i dont have a vibrating chair or any way of testing this idea but maybe somebody reading this will... it sounds like a really good idea because the vibration would deeply relax your body while taking your mind of any physical distractions. also, the vibration could (once deep relaxation is attained) help induce the kind of vibrations required for AP!

if anyone has tested this or would like to test it or has any other ideas pertaining to VBIAP (vibrating chair induced astral projection) please post NOW!

Welcome to Astral Chat! / Deep Mind Ultra

After four years of research and discovery, Joseph Plazo of xtrememind.com has released his "crowning achievement", the ultimate Deep Mind composition called Deep Mind Ultra.  It is a 15min sound file that consists of 3 main parts:

1. binaural beats & pure sine waves to stimulate lower chakras (torso) for energy rush
2. sweeping ultrasonic frequency above 10,000HZ (Tomatic Effect) to help subconscious
3. experimental Abram's Universal Healing frequency to rid body of illness

youre supposed to listen to this with headphones & a radio (presumably loud).  i was wondering if anyone has had experience with Deep Mind or knows whether or not Deep Mind Ultra would aid in astral projection? also, feel free to test it and post results or talk about all things xtrememind.com!

ok so im relatively new to all things ap, but ive read tons (well i think so) about it, and i realize that the vibrational stage can take many different forms.

anyways, i was sleeping last night and thinking about the method of projecting that you begin the instant you fall asleep. well i woke up at 3 in the morning and when i went back to sleep, i realized that every time i was entering the sleep state, my whole body would just get mega relaxed for a few seconds and i would realize this and than i would wake up after a few seconds.

the point: one time (probably the third time of entering the sleep state) though, i didnt really realize that i was entering this state and out of nowhere, my whole body had the feeling of being MEGA pumped up (the feeling like youre about to fight someone...) but i was all numb and asleep feeling and stuff, and there was this crazy medium-high pitched staticy sound and my vision was orange-ish... the sound was similar to (if you have brainwaver generator) the BUILTIN: Attention Focusing 1 (cyclic) preset...

well, do any of you guys, pro or not, have an idea of what happend? i figured it was the my vibration state and it felt mega sweet... but... a little guidance maybe? answers?

EDIT: i could also hear myself breathing very loudly and my heart pumping loud, yet i know i wasnt breathing hard/loud, and the state only lasted what felt like 10-15 seconds before i broke out of it [:(!]...

EDIT2: sorry for posting so much [xx(] but it was just a weird experience... whats interesting though, is that just a minute ago while reading about obes and ap, i read this: **Some of the experiences people have reported during sleep
paralysis are: "I feel completely removed from myself," "feeling
of being separated from my body," "eerie, rushing experiences,"
and hearing "hissing in the ears," and "roaring in the head."
These events appear to be much like the OBE sensations of
vibrations, strange noises, and drifting away from the physical
body (Everett, 1983). Fear has also been described as a common
component of sleep paralysis (see the "Question and Answer" in
NightLight, Vol. 2, No. 1 for a discussion of overcoming fear in
sleep paralysis.)** now that explains EXACTLY how i felt...

get Brainwave Generator from www.bwgen.com, i doubt youll find anything better on the net (i havent found anything better and i have everything: hemy-sinc, holo-sync, Ultra Meditation, The GateWay Experience, etc.). once you get it, get the preset Deep Mind VI, its amazing! of course, you can always get a cracked version for free but im not endorsing that...[:D]

DMU results: first time... nothing. next time, who knows.

however, while listening to Deep Mind VI i have twice reached what i assume is the fine line between deep meditation/relaxation and the vibrations, and i cant seem to cross it...

mazdaaf, what do you refer to when you say "they" and the first and second and third ones? do you mean the times you listened to DMU, or the files on the freeware page, or do you mean deep mind 1, 2, and 3?

well i finally have a chance to test it so i will right after posting this message. its 11:00AM where i am and i got up at 9:30 after sleeping in if that matters... here goes.

nah blueflame its not like that. all the deep minds are different, this is like a... (for lack of a better word) consolidation of everything theyve learned along the way through the deep mind series. this one has nothing to do with brainwave generator and was designed specifically to work the way it works in the format its in (its not "lower quality" as there is no other deep mind ultra to compare it to...)

anyways i havent had the time to listen to it, but i think i will later today. has anyone else tried it yet?
