I've seen tons of ghosts.

Its possible the spirit of your dog is still with you. I myself have seen spirits of dogs several times who have passed.
I'm a huge animal lover and treat my animals with as much love as I can give. So far I have been visited by 4 of my dogs spirits. I wouldn't think it to be a surprise if you have seen yours as well. If you love your dog, it will surely love you back!

Ive had a lot of success with remote viewing.
The way I would describe RV is a cross between telepathy and psi.
I would think of a person and concentrate on what they saw/felt/thought etc.
In other words, use resources to remote view; RV isn't a skill itself, rather its a combination of other readings.
Try meditating to enhance your 3rd eye and crown chakras to open up those senses a little more.

I thought it might be appropriate to write in this forum, only because I haven't been on this forum for at least 5 years, I think.
I was very "psi-active" when I was younger, but sort of quit practicing the abilities I worked so hard to attain because of the constant struggle I was facing.
But even after all the years of my "psi ban," it has still haunted me to this day. I still find myself feeling the presence of spirits, and still find myself being sucked into OBEs and APs.
But to shorten this intro, I think I might be around more often just to maybe find a few answers for myself, and maybe see a few people from long ago. =]

a few years ago i was really in touch with god.. i felt secure and i liked having my communications with him, and i was a medium.. and somehow i drifted off in the world and became depressed and went through the whole angsty stage i guess you could say...

but im trying to find god again, but when i pray i feel like im talking to a wall and when i try to ask a spirit for a talk, i feel like im talking to myself. its like i was open and free and exposed to everything, and now im trapped in a box and have no outter communications..

whats going on here?

um.. i use 2 methods and combined them into one.

i dont know the names for it, but when i start, i lay on my back with eyes closed and and inhale and think '3' and when i exhale, the upper part of my body's muscles will untense, and i'll think '3 again, mid body relaxes, 3, lower body. then go to 2, and 1 so my body is completely limp and.. yeh.


then, the next time i inhale, i make my astral body or energy or whatever expand a HUGE distance out, and when i exhale i shrink to a tiny point.. and that usually gets me out everytime

everytime i project, i think i go to outter space or something.. its like, i finally detach from my body, and im in the sky when i always meant to be somewhere else. im thinking it could be the method i use, but does this mean something?

ive seen a few more spirits since i posted the thread... wooo, lol i didnt really do much either except try to look harder in the dark. maybe thats just the key   0_o

eh.. i guess that makes sense.. i was 12 when i started training in psionics and all that... and thats when a lot of stuff happened in my life that made me not want to live it anymore.. lol i shouldve thought of that. thanks

your from turkey? lol thats cool. i may be from the south and have a southern accent, but im turkish and speak it... lol. and i think theres a different between AP and OBE... i found it easier to OBE while lucid dreaming.. actually, im usually having an OBE right before i wake up

i found a very effective technique on vamping. connect your third eye with theirs with your astral chord.. it should look like a rope, stretching out of your third eye into theirs, and just pull all their energy out... both of you should feel it.. and when your done, just pull your astral chord back

im sure its just their magic on you    lol im a psion, and just by manipulating them, i figured out how to make any guy like me... im sure theyre doing the same thing.. ( i dont do it anymore :p )
