Welcome to Energy Body and The Chakras / Music?
March 25, 2004, 22:37:18
I just want to know if anyone has the same experience I do when listening to "good music."  When I hear music that agrees with me I feel energy rise in my body and build until the song climaxes, then the energy kind of explodes throughout my body.  (don't "insert joke here" lol)

It's pretty cool, it doesn't matter what type of genre it is - the more energy I can feel during the song, the better I like the song, I kind of use it to judge whether the band/singer's good or not sometimes, especially if it's the type of music I normally wouldn't listen to.

If the music is louder and I concentrate on the energy more, I can feel it better.  But after the musics over the energy just dissapates.  Does anyone else have similar experiences, Also how would I go about keeping this energy feeling?

Lately I've taken an interest in Pk, but have not been getting the results I wanted.  I've read that Pk is a function that your subconscious performs, SO I want to know how to interact with my subc. like I would be talking to a person if that's possible.  I figure if I can talk to him/it it will be much easier to figure these things out, such as PK, working as a team rather than me on my side of the room and him on his, you know what I mean?

Anyways if anyone has tried this, or can tell me how I would even begin to approach this problem (don't just say "meditation" because that tells me nothing), This is the place to put it...

P.S. if I spelled subconscious wrong, don't tell me about it[:P]

Welcome to Metaphysics! / Moved the wrong thing!
March 07, 2004, 21:55:21
Yesterday I was trying to move a small piece of paper.  After focusing on it for a few minutes I tried feeling my own energy and ended up getting a good feeling for the energy in my subnavel compartment.  So I tried feeling it move into my mind.  After this I tried using my will to make it move by saying "Move" with increasingly more will behind it with each repetition.  On the third try "BAM!"  a pack of insense fell off a container next to me.  Immediately I was jolted from the trance I was in (becoming aware that I was infact in one).  Has this sort of thing ever happened to anyone else, moving the wrong object?

I've been using a holosync set called dive and immersion (haven't gotten to immersion yet) and I always have the same problem.  While listening I keep wanting to check the status of my body. "is it asleep yet," I ask myself and I think this keeps ruining it for me.  Even more frustrating is the instant I begin to see things in my mind (like the beginning of a story unfolding) I'm jerked back to my body checking to see if it's asleep.  Then I give up for the day in frustration (haven't felt any vibrations yet).
Also is it common to feel only parts of your body asleep? (my hands/arms before anything else in my case).

Welcome to Dreams! / This dream concerns me.

This is a little off topic, but I'm curious - has anyone ever tried to dream inside of a dream inside of a dream inside of a.. etc.?  So you just keep falling asleep going deeper and deeper in your dreams, or making more layers I guess you would call it.

This is a good example of why you shouldn't believe everything people tell you.  More than likely this person has never AP'd and they just believe whoever has influenced without ever trying it for themselves.  I think this is a ridiculous philosophy that relies on peoples' fear that they will go to hell if they do this.  My advice is to do whatever feels right to you, not rely on others' moral compasses.
