Hi pl,

I think some questions need answering before one can really answer your question.  What is it that you are doing when you get sleepy?  Do you do any chakra clearing at all? (this helps most energy work, if you have blockages, these will hinder your efforts)

I do any chackra clearing but it did not work bcause i get sleepy....
I do energy raising but felt asleep...
I do energy absorption but felt asleep...

I want to practice but my body is very weak to do so

There is one tech that is very effective and that is by burning your mole.
Ofcourse you cannot use this tech in your face, so you can also use your tech as well...

I am not here to debate, but im here to tell you that the new system is somewhat dangerous, because as i read form the book called pranic healing it says there that before you energize your major chackras first you must clean it so that if you have disease in that part it will not be energize.
Note: I am not opposing new but i am concern of the healht.

Well maybe you can try this technique to strenghten your belief:
Note: this is only feeling an aura.

First press the center of your palm with your thumb ( this is to make your awareness go to that area; and as i read from the book called pranic healing, when your awareness point to any of your chackra for a period of seconds or a minutes it will be activated, as a result you    can feel one's aura.)

Second, approach a plant of person( but first you must 3 to 4 meters away on that plant so that you are not inside on that plants outer aura)then approach slowly the plant or etc. with your palm facing on that thing. You will feel something there. the more you approach the more intense you feel because there are many layers of an aura.

THAT's ALL I HOPE YOU GET IT!!!

Well the NEW never gives me a good result because every time I practice that NEW I become sleepy. So that's why I need your cooperation.
