Hello out there. I've just started using the NEW technique and so far am really impressed with the energy buzz it creates. I just want to ask in terms of physical healing, can this technique promote hair growth for those unfortunates that are losing theirs?

I agree with Nay.
Sounds like you may have an anxiety thing going on. Try and get a break or holiday somewhere with a change of scenery. More importantly keep reminding yourself that there's plenty of time to learn and practise the energy games thus removing the feelings of anxiety.
I've suffered it twice, once for over a year. I only learned the removal/transendance techniques during the second bout four years ago. Since then I've been fine

thanks for all the replies. I'm particularly interested in moving energy from the heart chakra but I've only been practising NEW for two weeks so it may be premature to move on to more advanced techniques.

I've been filling the sub naval with energy but I haven't attemted directing energy anywhere. Is this just a case of focusing on moving energy from my naval to my crown?
