Imagine a spinning disk of gaseous matter begin to condensate just above your head. The imagination has two effective componens.

First, the existence of a focal point above your head, which trigger relaxation and put you into a state some kind of body-detachment. Second, the detailed pictures of the plasma disk, which - as any stable visualisation - will turn your attention inward, into your mind.

The right cooperation of these components are able to trigger the vibrational stage. A slightly detailed protocoll goes like this:

1. Establish the focal point above your head. Projecting the inner noise into the focal point and turning upward the eyeballs will help enormously.

2. Project a picture of the spinning disk of plasma into the focal point. Do not hurry, the disk need a lot of attention to gain momentum and stabilize itself. After you succeded, relax, and try to feel the vortex as gradually extract your consciousness from your body. Note, in this state both of components of this method works at the same time.

4. Elaborate the picture of the spinning disk to a point you forget your body. Computer animations will help to build a sufficiently detailed picture to turn inward. In this state the focal point components of the method become latent.

5. The next stage your consciousness begin to fluctuate, as visualisation and blank mind cause each other. You must remember, that each of black-outs are followed by a specific state which from you are able to project.

6. If you find yourself awakened from a black out or weakened state of awareness, or intuitively feels it right, all you need to do to project is to recollect your consciousness on the point above your head with an amoeba like movement.

7. At this point mild vibration begin. You can slowly turn over and phase out from your body. If nothing happen move the focal point upwards along the body-axis.

It is critical to be ready for the specific states emerge after each of black outs. For this purpose, a preparation process may be required. To do this, right after you have esablished the focal point, begin to periodically flow off it, very much like a rocket. At the same time, pretend your virtual body to loose up and imagine a separation sequence you experienced before. Counting your breath will help to keep the periods in the mids of stuffs accompanying by shutting of the mind.

While the process of separation has to do with the head centers, the postseparational stage depend upon the activity of the non-head chakras. If the heart center's activity is low, astral projection will begin through a tunnel-like structure or through the darkness. If middle centers is very active, then sight will turn on, and a classic OBE will begin. Bioplasm cables can hinder the separation if attention remain in the center associated with the solar plexus regio. Note, that centers projected upon the cavities of pelvis, thorax and skull are interconnected, so instanteous shift can be accomplished.

I have used the word of "dreaming" simply for two reasons - not for degrade the experience. First, I tend to call the states simply as "dream" when my body is asleep and found myself seeing pictures at the same time. Second, I know this type of "dreaming" from previous experiences.

Because, the eyes must wander to prevent awakeing, close focusing of surfaces have reverse effect. This is a REM-sleep mixed with something other. The other component is something to do with OBE. To really project into the astral (above F23) the EEG band-power at 10Hz must be silent.

It's likely that Makaveli has an F22-projection with all the problem caused by the diffuse focus at the initial stages. The sight is poor because of the great deal of attention remain on the body (upper neck region). Pulling from short distances can hinder the separation, eyes can be opened, and breathing is audible at the near-bed zone. From 4 of 5 times the bed is empty.

The "energy body" is in a state of "partial decondensation" and unable to perceive the energy sytems of C1. Gaps in the reality are substitued by self-generated pictures (dream hallucinations). In fact, the entire house of the dreamer generated by beliefs, serve as a landing unit, and protect him from sensory collapsus.

So, this is not a simple dream at all, at least in the sense of ordinality. Visitors from outside of the dreamer's mind can project themselves into it, and vocalised orders (propelled by the high awaraness) are able to force the fitting process between the projected dreamscape and the energy systems from "outside." However, this type of projection will come to end quickly unless awareness is not reorganised properly right at the initial states.

This type of lucid dreaming consistent with luxus sleep, feeling of separation from the body, and tunnel sight in the near bed zone. Your practice may turn on a new course.

Get away from your bed as quickly as you can while make surface contact of the walls. Move to dream places which brighter than the previous.

Then establish a stable point in the dreamscape and begin wander your attention in growing routes. Don't stare anything and don't try to fly until the dream stabilize itself. Then raise the level of consciousness and you're ready to go.
