Hey,

I'm trying to write a science fiction short story that deals with paranormal events so I'm trying to expose myself to as many paranormal concepts that I can think of. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The story is starts with these two teenagers who live in an off track train carriage in a post-war aftermath. One of the characters has skitsophrenia and they both witness a "flash" in the sky. Like a star burning out/ black hole... I was thinking this would be paranormal event that effects them in someway, but im not sure what really happens.... Any ideas??

Thanks

i was wondering, in dreams, if we talk to people we know, are they experienceing the same dream? can people actually share the same dream, or be in the same dream and interperet it differently? what do you think?

hey everyone,

i've never been able to escape my body before, that is i have never been able to achieve astral projection, as far as i know.

i was hopeing maybe if some of the more experienced people could summon me there, to an astral plane, like the stone henge or something

i'm a bit timid about it, i just want to chill out and learn how to have out of body experiences. i've always wanted to fly.

so please help us out, summon me out there, (just hope i don't get stuck out there) is it possible to do this?

thanks

yeah, i'm not sure if skitsophrenia is that bad actually, some ways of looking at it. it opens doors to things.

i'm still not sure about this. i'm not sure what makes a good sci fi story.
i am thinking of developing this short story in to a short film script. i have the basic concept and things come from there. i'm just not sure what makes it an excelent science fiction.

i'm only 17 and have known about obes for a good part of my life, at least heard about them. i've only recently started reading up about them. i remeber at one stage i made a decition, while sitting on the roof of my house, that i wanted to have an obe. i realise it is not easy. i've never really been scared of obe's as i've never seperated properly. i'm not sure if i have had one, at least not a concous one. i know i've had a number of really lucid dreams and this 'crouching tiger' ability to fly, for some reason it seams to base from the roof over my head. thats where i take off. i'm curious about that. i would really like to experience a concious obe. or at least gain more control of my dream state.

yes i guess i'll have to be patient.
i've been practising meditation every night so far, i've had a bit of luck, i felt like i was slideing a bit and my hands felt like they where reversed; like they where faced up when they where faced down kind of like my hands had freedthemselves but the rest of me was still struggleing to let go. does this sound like a near OBE?
i remember about a year ago i had this realy lucid dream of a dark woman telling me that my palms where opening up, i took it as a symbol to my opening of awareness or something. what do ytou think it means?
