hope you all had a good easter weekend!!
I have had an interest in neurolinguisticprogramming "N.L.P" for a
while now,a part of this is called "eye accessing cues" (the only bit i found of immediate interest,look it up).
When observing somebody being interviewed as an example there eyes go
top right for visual remembered i.e what did you do last weekend: top left for visual construct i.e what are you doing next weekend:it is the same for auditory(sound)but middle right and left, internal dialogue bottom right:feelings bottom left:synthestesia is associated
with up :kinesthetic(feelings)down.These "representational systems" show what people are accessing they are very faint eye movements and i'm sure they will vary from people to people depends whether people
"hear what you're saying" or "see what you're saying" its good for working out peoples patterns and building rapport... crikey that took up an unquantifiable nano joule or so, anyway maybe this is something to do with the Rapid Eye Movements observed when someone is sleeeeping.
This relates to my previous post OUTER OR INNER the fact that you still need to be accessing these systems in order to recall the dreams(lucid or not)from that previous night.

Hope you haven'nt turned of yet i had a dream the other day which has had a powerful effect on me so i thought i would share extracts with my deeply thought out astral family as i belive it is more the theme of this forum than the above.

There was a kind of old roman like bath with some italian looking young man talking about israeli prime ministers he was going "netan netan" i knew he meant netanyahu(sorry if spelling is wrong)but i let him get it out himself he then started going on about bees???the bee the bee!! later i was at this lighthouse/observatory i can see that so clearly still now it was near a cliff very white i was kind of hovering mid height and then my attention was turned to a grouping of people who were treking towards a church of soughts it was quite windy but the grass was lovely green i follwed them and in the church someone i know(friend) was sitting at the right and was saying that the only way was to rewrite the script(israel i think) the dolphin he said "THE DOLPHIN" i did'nt talk to him i don't think they new i was there, they were mostly women.Just towards the end somelady made the grouping go oh nooooooo when she proclaimed that whatever religion they gather for another had given her more sorry but it was that vague something like abrahams was her comment.
Well when i got into work this morning i looked up Bees & Dolphins on the internet and a quote from some Jacques-Yves Cousteau came up it goes
  The happiness of the bee and the dolphin is to exist.
  For man it is to know that and to wonder at it.

Also on my internet search there was a astrology link, to be honest
i've never really researched astrology/constellations but it came up with BEEhive cluster which i know now is the feature of the cancer  constellation....you guessed i'm a cancerian by birth MMMmmmmmmmmmm  
Not sure about the dolphin, though it seems some swim around palermo
which has some of the oldest observatory's (i now know)

Well something is telling me not just to gaze at the stars if anyone has more info or angles on this dream or what to search for i would be most grateful.


p.s Just goes to show self discipline and depth of thought can be rewarded on a INNER OR OUTER LEVEL!!

I still have a slight unease about labeling individual paranormal
experinces as obe's, this is due to the fact that you still need all your auditory visual...etc. senses in order to recall the activities of obe's.
Maybe it should called inner body/mind experience, albeit no one can locate internal dialogue, is this part of the essence that leaves/falls into the body???

Just another angle or ramble

I think i have been lucid dreaming for quite a few years now i belive it came about from many sleepness nights.When my mind is doing overtime and i cannot fall asleep by my own freewill something compressive pulls me in quite intensively i can feel all my body charging/tunnelling then bang! my bodylocks.Sometimes the dreams start with everything seemingly the same as before this unnerving experince, i am in my bedroom iniatially under the impression i still haven't fallen asleep until i start to notice oddity's and energys around my room, now i simply try to levitate if i am of the floor i now know that i am dreaming.
My questions are:
     Is this lucid dreaming?
     Has anyone else felt this overwhelming brain/mind/body
     compressive intesity that draws you to your dreams door?
     Is it healthy for me?

This O.B.E/L.D normally starts in my bedroom i normally exit through
the ceiling or the window and go for a fly around town, i have never liked flying in real life the sense of detachment from earths soil has always had a scary effect on me but not in my O.B.E/L.D.

I actually said in one of my previous posts that i'm NEVER able to see
my real body sleeping but i can feel some energys in my room maybe thats my real body??

Sometimes when i'm consciously dreaming the more i try to manipulate my dreams the less lucid they become!!

I am really suffering with bad gum/toothache at the moment wisdom teeth are not giving me any wisdom aaarrrgg grrrrhh

I've never in my life thought i want to obe i want to lucid dream but due to my own history and surroundings poor sleeping patterns and an active mind from a very early age has resulted in what i have described above something internally pulls me in as i THOUGHT it would
be good to share and undrestand for myself and others!

They way in which i journey into lucidity is what worries me.
I hope when most people yawn(sleepy) they get a slight numb echoey
sound/compression at the front of the brain, it starts kind of like that but then intensifies on a huge scale i can bring this on naturaly now.
At this point i start to feel my whole body locking/rushing and also i feel some kind of fluid flowing up my spine and linking with the lower back side of my brain.
My body shortly after this is polarised/paralysed, then when all is locked i can really feel the firing of the brain like little electical
ticks or discharges if you like(sometimes slighly painful though and i pull out).
I then get an awesome sense of speed as if my mind is travelling at the speed of light then when i get to the destination BOOOOM i can no longer hear all that activity, it all
goes quite(in lucidity) even though i have started at many strange places its normally as if i haven'nt even moved im in my bedroom thinking i should'nt get up i really need some sleep, but it is the thought of getting up or my astral/soul/auric/body that is now up and about i'm never able to turn and see my real body sleeping though maybe i should work at this.

I have never watched the Matrix(not into movies) heard enough about it though, a feeling i have is that all your sensory systems in the brain give you your outward reality take them away vision touch e.c.t
and your left with the internal thoughts and dreams... this essence that drives the physical world but cannot be located by any instrument(yet!).

Humans to me are analytical tools of nature that one day will unite the projected physical(finite) whith the astral (infinite) but to get technolgy to this level is maybe showing that we are projected from a source of superior intelligence maybe a computer i'm open minded people who say bla bla i'm not scientific should understand these computers are and have a bit more respect good post!

Just by your astal name you seem to know yourself well jamie??,

i'm not sure if you have read my first post on lucid dreaming, to have a domain in which we can express these inner experinces is a very comfating feeling.

i've just got back from a meal with some japanease customers.They seem to work more on there blood line than the stars he said 95% of us know our blood type my boss said it's probably the opposite in england whats your star sign is more the the way.
I then mentioned a dream and was looked at and felt alien even before i atttempted to extrapolate, so i refused and we laughed it away.
There is always a natural tendency to ignore messages from the mystery machine epescialy when conversing with restrictive minds(nasty of me) but the level that we are discussing is for people who have a much larger angle of acceptance(excuse my use of optics).

Hope all is well and wondered if you had checked my previous posts on my profile and had any input,belive me the dream of the Bee and the dolphin was mind shifting for me(what about the reply to "has anybody read this".Maybe greedy of me but you seem a clued up individual, and it might give me thoughts or projections in the future that i can post on.

I do not like calling dreams lucid or not obe's maybe it is because
the queen in England hands them out to people for good work(respect to the good work though)
With my own experincesi would say that they are great very inspiring and somewhat criptickly linked with the past present and future and can help you in your life in turn you then helping others.
I had this recurring dream of a man taking me and one of my sisters
nearly every week and putting cotton wool in our mouths, this happened from about 5yrs to 11yrs old.When i was 11 istood up to this man and found he was weak and wanted forgiveness the dreams stopped.
Its maybe hard for me to admit that this man is my DAD and my sisters
cotton wool effect for him has resulted in her now having to shake alot of his habits/traits off shes nearly there we all hope.
I've nearly alway spoken my mind with my dad he is a great guy when he wants to be 10% but always fluctuating.

I'm sure the answer to your question could vary from person to person
but the length and breadth of your story made me write this.
So yes OBE's are GOOD!!

I belive Quantum is a latin word that means HOW MUCH how much this how much that is a complete mess still but i'm sure it will unravel  itself into a manual for future space travel.

So the next time you say to somebody "shut up you know Nothing" remember you are complimenting them on a unquantifiable scale!!!!!!!
