I have been attempting OBEs for approximately four years off and on, still without a single successful OBE[B)]. I have periods where I get extremely close, but still no cigar.
One of the biggest obstacles I face, I believe, is my daily neck pain. I also have migraines almost everyday , along with an all-over soreness, and back and shoulder pain. Only my neck seems to hinder my OBE attempts, being on rarely able to find a comfortable position. Does anybody here experience a similiar pain and find a way around it?
