I believe i neared an obe experience just now while meditating..

i was sat meditaitng and doign a breathing technigque where i breather through my nose and otu throught it and first i got the normal "xcrap2 when i close my eyes the colours and the swirls but they vanished after awhile and all i saw was this spiraling tunnel gettign sdmaller and close then farther away and coming back close again, now after a while i felt the breathing and pins and needles were kicking in but weird i felt that every breathe i let out made the pins and needles effect storonger then i felt a pulling feeling liek i was beign torn apart like when you ripp a bread roll apart and the tunell was still egtign close and further and well then i returned to normal state lol swirls and stuff...

I hope i was near an obe there if you can shed light on the matter i thank you
