Hi,                          (excuse my not so good english)
  I can feel my third eye chakra and my crown chakra pulsating almost everytime I try just by thinking about them.I feel the other major chakras only once in a while.What I would like here, is receiving some feedback,to know at wich level I am right now...I mean does anybody can do that or am I getting rewarded for all the work that I have done?

Wich color is the sex chakra and on wich side does it rotate?The little info that I find about it on the web seem to give it the same characteristic than the spleen chakra,wich doesn't make much sense to me:I always thought that,a major chakra always rotate on the opposite side than the next and the previous one.Thank you for your help.

Hi everybody,please excuse my poor english.

            I have been having OBE and lucids dreams Since about 2 years,I had over 100 lucids dreams and at least 1 RTZ projection.I say at least because its sometimes hard to draw the line between the 2.
            I came to the conclusion recently that when ever we wake up during the night,before moving any body parts,we should always try to project,using for example the rope technique,because we never know how close we are to project.Thats how I succeed many times,often leading to very long lucids dreams,and this morning again leading to a short but still awesome experience.  
            When I woke up after 5 hours of sleep,I didn't feel anything that could lead to an OBE.As I often do,whitout moving any body parts,I started climbing the rope.After only about 7 seconds, I found myself standing in the air with my 2 hands on a big rope!Whitout any hesitation I flew slowly through a large window(I live on the 4th floor),over the balcony and down to the street,exactly as I visualised so many times before I had the chance to project again in RTZ.
            Now in the street,I looked around me...It was awesome!It was the same neighborhood that I see everyday,but it was different,hard to describe or to define what was really different,but so wonderful.There was nobody around, except for 2 young girls who where about 20 feets from me,appearing to be about only one foot tall,floating in the air.It was so strange and peaceful at the same time.
            Unfortunately,by lack of control over my emotions,I woke up at this point.[]

  it happens to me a few times a week too.I believe that subconsciously,probably more when we are sleeping,we visualise and decide our future.Some of these visualized images reappear sometimes to our conscious mind.That's my opinion.

                   To fallnangel:It's your left.If you spin it on the wrong side,I don't know what could happen,but I have read about unhealty persons who had some of their chakras rotating on the wrong side.

      I pay attention to the rotation because, there is a powerful way that I have found to work withs the majors chakras:Visualising a flow of energy entering the chakra in a spiral pattern.That work fine for me.According to what you say the sex chakra would be the same color than the spleen,wich is the next one to it.I'd like to be sure about that.

               yes being out of body is a great feeling,it's hard to stay calm with all those surges of energy coming for example when we stare at our hands our at our body.I agree with the term "atmospheric difference", that describe it very well.I would also add that every experiences I had are differents,event those that I did induced(or that did happen) exactly the same way.Some of them like the one from this morning are much more vivids and wonderful.That's probably why I have been surprised and couldn't keep control over my emotions.In most of my experiences there is less people in the neighborhood than in the reality as you noticed.In some others experiences however,there was so many beings flying around me that it was very hard to keep my concentration on where I wanted to go, or wanted to do.

-I have been visiting the forums everyday for many months,it's just that it is the first time that I post.

-Concerning the 2 girls,I had the impression they were coming from another world,like they didn't really fit in this urban down to earth neigborhood.They looked more like fairies to me.They were holding each other's hand,floating in the air,moving very slowly,peacefully.I have met many "beings" in lucids dreams and OBE but most of them didn't seem real after trying to communicate with them.However,I have probably missed a great occasion last week when I had a lucid dream where one of those being I believe was in fact my subconscious mind.I didn't realised it right away,and I didn't stop talking to him instead of asking question unfortunately.
