Hi I was wondering if you halfto do the energy work in astral dynamics every day for the rest of youre life to be able to keep astral projecting?or can you quit at some point and still be able to project?for the exersises are high in number and they get a bit overwelming.Thanks.Steve

Hi everyone i was wondering how you can tell when to move on to the primary centers from the energy work and full body circut work?for i have been doing these exersises for three months now and have no idea if im ready to move on to the next part of the book.so could someone help me out here,that would be great.i have been using ophiels methods in his book the art and practice of astral projection for three yeasr now with no astral projection results and that is why i moved onto roberts book astral d.  thanks...Steve

Hi thanks a lot for replies.and PeterPanic i know what you meen by you feel like youre about to die every time you have a panic attack,for i have the same thing.I am on celexa at the moment but my ears havenot stopped ringing since i got on zoloft then tried celexa hoping for the ringing to stop.but i was off my first anti deps which was paxil for about two months.which was my first attempt in seven years.and all the panic attacks every minut came back.and i really want to go off them still even tho i just tried,i want to be rid of them.one more thing ..while you were on them did you find you could still astral project?or did you astral project at all?and another thing how did you deal with the panic attacks?how did you change youre your personality/way of being/beliefs/posture/friends/interests/family relationships/etc?and did you have panic attacks for no reason at all even when sitting on youre couch or sleeping.and did they happen over and over?for i wounder if i have it to bad to be fixed.well please help me through this if you can find time to..here is my e mail adress i use more often so please e mail me back at this adress..thanks much   hod333@hotmail.com    Steve

Hi I have been on anti depressants for seven years,and when i tried to go off them my panic attacks came back after about a month.and got as bad as it was when i first went on them when i was 16 years of age.it is not just a little bit of anxiety but a whole lot of it,it is so bad i feel sick constantly and have to force myself to eat,and i really dont want to stay on any meds even tho i had to go back on after my last attempt to go off.i have allso been spending lots of time with trying to astral project over the last few years and am now trying robert bruces methods as the ones i have tried didnt help me much.and i am still wondering if maybe the anti anxiety meds are the problem?or maybe the methods of projection i was using are the problem,but i will only know when i have put the effort into roberts astral dynamics book i have been working on the past few weeks.well sorry for the long post i just figured i would see what anyone had to say about my position at the moment of time,and if anything like energy work can help cure my anxiety so i dont need to be on the anti enx pills.thanks for reading please post anything you have to say,for i have been wondering about the things i have posted here for quite some time..thanks..steve

hi all i have also been on meds for about 7 years called paxil an anti dep,i started taking them for it felt as tho i was in a constant dream while awake while stoned as well and constant ansiety, and depressed from how i could never feel right i would spend 90 percent of my days hiding in bed.damn i was thinking about offing myself i felt so messed up. and was wondering if anyone knows if they inhibit you from astral projecting in any way?for i have been trying to for a year every day with not any real results,exept for the odd short lucid dream,and was curiouse if the paxil might be why i have not been able to astral project yet?well can anyone help me out on this,,thanks ,,steve

hi everyone i have made a bit of a study,which was,if some people found it impossable to astral project while living in some houses which they lived in,and found it to be true.other people i know from other groups im in such as ophiel astral projection,have had the same problem,which is not being able to astral project in a house they lived in.but when they moved it was then no problem,i had asked the same thing on this group but no one replied,so i am posting my findings for anyone who might be finding that they cant astral project and giving them hope that this might just be why,for just fiding this out for me has given me a happy feeling,for ive been trying to astral project for a year everyday with methods from ophiels art and practice of astral projection,without any results.but i am moving at the end of the month and cant wait to be able to project.well if anyone els has experienced this please reply for it gives hope for some who cannot yet project,,,,,thanks steve

Hi everyone i was curiouse if any one ever lived in a house which they could not astral project in?for ive been trying non stop for a year now in this house im in,and cant seem to astral project,and im using a great method,which is in ophiels art and practice of astral projection.and have stuck with it for a year now with no real results.and was wondering if anyone has had a house that they just could not astral project in.do to some past neg astral matter left from veriouse happenings before i moved in?if someone has had this happen to them,then i will halfto move for its verry frustrating.thanks ,,,steve

hi all,i have been trying to astral project for about a year now with no real results,ive been using ophiels art and practice of astral projection,the little system,which is you find 6 dfferent spots in youre house and put a symbole on the wall in each different spot,and stare at each one for 5min each every day,and then at night bring to mind the symboles and spots then visualise youre etheric body leaving youre physical body and watch it doing the route you have set up,and then after a while of this try to transfer youre consciouse mind to the etheric body you have been watching,but ive been doing this every day and night for darn near a year and not much has come from it,the only thing ive been doing out of his book and has worked is lucid dreaming,but as soon as i realise im dreaming and consciouse in the dream,i loose the lucidity,do you guys have any sugestions?or methods that work better or may work better for me?thanks steve

Hi i am glad i posted this topic for i can now go on with my occult work while on paxil knowing i can still progress,for i was worried that the anti/dep was maybe what was holding me back,but now i see a lot of people on them who still can do innert work just fine,so thanks much everyone,,,steve

Hi thanks for the info about the anti dep.i will try going on effexor so i can heal myself as to get off the anti dep entirely as you have done,,good job i will do you same as soon as i can get some head way,,steve

Hello everyone.i had the same experience but i was young and it used to freek the hell out of me,it was when i was 4or5 and i would here this violyn/violin(not sure if i spelt it right)playing when i would start to fall asleep,and see white light in the shape of a person in my room as well,but now at 24 years of age just finding out what it was all about.But i will halfto give it a try but havenot noticed it since i was young.OH YA and just 2 years ago found out the room that was mine in the house there things occured lived a man which playes the violin,and well it made me feel less like i was a nuts little kid,but i know better now anyways.thanks steve

Thanks for the info guys,I do think eventually i will be able to over come the anti dep,but not till im good and sure thanks to the posts from you guys,for my doctor is not of much help at all,like most of them.It seems i have to seek alternative sorces,such as this group.And it helps to know there are other people out there who are on anti dep and can still astral project fine,so i know it is not what is holding me back.but instead not enouph skill yet.Oh i wanted to ask how long it took for you guys before you could project,after sticking to a method and determined to astral project?thanks again.. steve

Thanks for the posts guys......But for the people who have had a easy run at this life,good for you.but you cant/wont be able to undertand that just because a person is on a anti/dep by no means is he/her a zombie,,,in fact,if you ask most people who have/do suffered from the illness they will say the same thing,that they were a zombie before they took the anti/dep.so that sort of blows that theory out of the water.,,steve

Hi Serenity,what i have come up with as to why a new house wouldenable you to project is this,maybe the new seroundings sparks youre inner self into being more there,just like the old occultists would do by sacrafice,and elaborate rituals, which was the porpose of getting the attention of the inner self,just as a new house might do,,,,steve
