I think I first signed up here when I was around 13 or 14.  I lost my original username and I signed back up with this one.  I am now 15 and I have just recently got a copy of Astral Dynamics but I had got real busy right after I bought it so I only got a chance to read the first section.  I don't post much as you can see, but anyways HI.

I haven't been able to OBE yet but I finally ordered a copy of the book and I shall let you know if it helps after I read it.  I too, am curious to see how many people it helped.

It uses 3 sensors on your fingertips to read you energy and you use your mind to do stuff in the game.  I would love to try this but its 150 dollars.  Watch the trailers and tell me what you think.

I don't want to come off as a jerk but I think you should practice patience before trying all of this.  From what other people say if you are impatient it will never happen.
